We had an excellent stay at a hotel with a cosy environment that made us feel at home. The incredible waterpark and friendly staff added to the overall experience. Highly recommended for a memorable getaway.

The room was large with a full kitchen and dining table. Enjoyed having the water park available for the kids, along with the Edgewater cafe. Charter’s was nice and when it was closed I bought a delicious panini in the gift shop area. Location was an easy drive to the places I needed to go. The only negative to mention is that the carpeted area of the room was stained and frayed and needed to be replaced.

The room was amazing and clean, and the overall experience of the hotel itself was great. The restaurant was awesome and the food and service were also great. Only complaint is the cleanliness of the pool area. Was napkins, straw wrappers and other garbage on the floor around the edge of the pool and area between indoors and outdoors. Granted people are gross that just leave their garbage lay around, but with the amount of workers that were in that area someone should have been walking around sweeping. Only time I saw it was when it was closing time.

Amazing stay over winter break with kids and grandkids. Waterpark and pools were great. Not small but not so large either. We plan on returning this summer.

The lodge is undergoing renovations, so it's probably not as pretty as it can be, but that didn't stop us from thoroughly enjoying our stay. The suite was spacious, yet cozy. We had everything we needed in order to prepare the food we brought, and we also enjoyed our dinner at the steakhouse. Every staff person we encountered was friendly and helpful. I can't wait to come back and get a balcony!

Even though it was currently being renovated - it did not impact our stay. Rooms were remarkable clean. Dinner was amazing on site in Carvers steakhouse. Really enjoyed the hot tub/heated pool that is accessible inside and goes outdoors. Lovely in the moonlight.

We loved the properties, except the gym could have some fountain water. Otherwise we are very happy with the place and would love to come back again.

We had an amazing time and the property/surroundings were beautiful! My four sons, husband, and I were very comfortable in our spacious room. It was very clean and decorated nicely. It was close to all of the activities we wanted to do offsite (ziplining, hiking, sight-seeing) and we had a blast in the indoor water park which was perfect for any age! We will definitely be back!

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed the laid back but professional spa staff. All were friendly and attentive. The outside grounds were undergoing renovations and it was in between seasons so that was understandably not as attractive as it normally would be.

We make it a regular destination for us each winter. We also come to ski occasionally, and we always have a nice experience. Staff at desk were very friendly and helpful. Dinner at Carvers was terrific. Room was large, warm, and comfortable. Lobby area is comfortable and inviting to all. Thank you for a fun time !

Very clean and spacious rooms with separate bedrooms. Perfect for families. On site hiking trails, a beach with swimming, and restaurant. Starbucks coffee shop also in the lobby. Did not use the indoor waterpark this stay. Only negative is that one of the appeals of the rooms is a balcony which apparently were all closed for repairs (although no repairs were being done on any of them).

Very nice place to stay. Rooms were clean and the staff was very nice. Carvers Steakhouse was also a great place to eat. I would definitely recommend.
