I really liked this place. We stayed 3 nights. The staff was very friendly. I noticed how clean this hotel is. Clean without smelling like a hospital. The rooms were standard fare. There was a cold refrigerator. A microwave, coffee maker and a sink. They were using Direct Tv. The internet was free. They run fiber internet. It was the fastest I've experienced. In any hotel I've stayed. Also did not auto bump you off everyday. Our room had some minor signs of wear. Like few scuffs on the wall. As well as a 3in missing piece of plaster on bathroom corner. The room was 214. The pool was fine. However the hot tub didn't bubble. The bed was comfortable. It is across the street from Harrah's Casino. That said you still have to take a casual walk. There is no bridge over the river. So about 5 minutes on to the entrance. I would definitely stay here again. In fact I already booked another stay

Yes, the breakfast menu was good. Desk staff, excellent. Room, clean and comfortable. Liked having a tub in the bath. Also nice to have an additional sink outside the bathroom where the frig and microwave are. Bed comfortable and a/c not too noisy!

The property was very nice, clean, and well maintained. The staff was so nice and helpful. Our brakes went bad on our way through the Great Smokey Mountains National Park, and we had to get our van into the shop. They extended our checkout until noon and said we could sit in the lobby or swim in the pool until our van was finished. So wonderful! They were all friendly, kind, and accommodating. The breakfast was ok but not great. It was the only weak link. I definitely recommend this inn!
