We loved the smart tv for watching Netflix, really nice shower with shampoo, conditioner, soap etc. the kitchen has all the basics for preparing a small meal and the place was very clean.

The inside of the apartment was clean. The bed was amazing and hot water was adequate. The price I paid was fair for the room. The only issues were that the living room is massive with only 2 uncomfortable manual recliners in the middle of the room for seating. A love seat would be ideal. And on the 2nd or 3rd day the television stopped working out of the blue. I tried to turn it on and the screen just remained black. I called Frank at the number I used to speak to him for billing and I left a message but never got an answer. Be nice to have television at the end of the night or for the rainy days. All in all it was a decent stay.

The apartment was OK but doesn’t have a regular stove. Dishes was dirty. You can’t close the curtains all the way down so we cover it with towels, so nobody can see inside the apartment. When we get to the apartment, we found a roach and then the night before we are leaving we found another one flying on the apartment. Also when you check in they ask you for $150 deposit and they never told you about this when you rent the place so you better be prepared for that in case that you go there five or 10 minutes before check in time they are not gonna let you go in. Till 3 o’clock sharp.

Complicated check in. I had to join some portal and read my check-in instructions from my cell phone, but I could not get reception and called the office. The person who answered was surly, not helpful, and obstinate. He kept insisting I use the portal and did not accept that I could not get reception. IN the room there was one towel. Very minimal. Most rooms will at least have 2 towels. It was very scarce and minimal.

The room was nice but it wasn't kept, the bathroom was full of dead bugs, on the wall and ceiling. There was food still in the blender that looked like it was there for weeks. There was a terrible smell they were clearly trying to mask with a plug in. Outside the door to enter the patio was full of bugs and needing a power wash and there was an old sink with the countertop still connected in the yard and felt like the place was still being remodeled but no work was talking place. The people in another unit were super loud and were banging and carrying on. The walls were so thin I could hear them snoring.

WiFi was not good. Couldn’t even stream Netflix or anything. No cable to justify it. Other cars block you in . Would not recommend to anyone
