* Keep your voices down after 22:00

*Keep the premises as clean and sanitary as the condition of the premises permits

* Properly use of utensils and keep them as clean and sanitary as their condition permits.
Kindly wash all the utensils (eg. pans/pots/plates) used.

*Regularly dispose of all rubbish, garbage, and other waste in a clean and sanitary manner. (Proper Waste segregation is in the manual.)

*Leave the rental in the same condition as when possession was given to her or him, reasonable wear, excepted;

*Take off your shoes inside the house. House slippers are provided at the entrance door.

* Please put back the house key inside the mailbox on your check out day before you leave

* Please do not lose the house key
(LOST of card key charge is around 100 US Dollars .)

* If you are not expecting any guests please do not answer the doorbell.

*Proper headcount is necessary for the security of everyone. Once inconsistencies for the number of guests are noticed ,the management has the right to terminate this agreement upon reasonable notice.

* Check in Time 15:00 (3 pm) ; Check out time 11:00 AM.
