Icity Villa - Ocean Estates

The following regulation is to ensure your safety during your stay with us. Therefore, the ICITY HOTEL GROUP management hopes that you will follow the terms. The management reserves the right to end any guest stay and guest must take responsibility for any violation.
- Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. and after. Checkout time is 11:00 a.m. or before. Late Check-out and early check in are available based on availability.
- Visitors are permitted between 08:00 and 21:00 only. Visitors must register and leave a valid identification card.
- All vehicles must be parked in designated spaces only. Parking in unauthorized areas is not permitted.
- All valuable items should be kept by yourself. The villa is not liable for any loss and damage of valuables or other belonging of the guests.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms; you may smoke outside following regulation or on the terrace area. If it is determined that smoking did occur inside, an additional cleaning fee of 50USD will be charged to cover the cost of smoke removal and any smoke damages.
- Weapons/firearms, toxic materials, explosives, or inflammable items are not to be discharged on the property and are not permitted within the villa.
- Gambling, prostitution and usage of drugs within the property is in violation of state regulations and is therefore strictly prohibited. The use of drugs within the villa will be reported to local authorities.
- To be responsible and bear all costs for any damage or losses of the interior inside the Villa caused by guests (except fair wear & tear) or by the third Party during the use of such villa.
- Comply with the regulations of the residence; protect environment and security within the residence area.
