Totally worth the money. This place is located in the middle of the old town, just across a very peaceful little side street where you can get all the necessary services. The location is close to a wonderful coffee shop right outside the old town. We were able to start a cooking class in the family kitchen. This place has comfortable facilities. We were given free bikes and can also get a cooking class here.

This is my favorite place Ive remained in in recent memory. This was a fantastic spot for a sizable party due to family and friends visiting us We each had a very spacious and comfortable double room with four of the six of us having a sizable balcony or outdoor space. The smallest room in my boyfriend and I was adequate because there was plenty of outdoor space to unwind with a cup of tea or coffee. The shower is warm and powerful, the mattresses are soft, and the cleanliness is ideal. You get the advantage of little noise because it is a short distance from the city center, however, you are immediately in the heart of town if you take a car or only a 15minute walk. Additionally, there are free bicycles to use, which is an excellent service. The people who run the villa were the primary reason I enjoyed this stay so much. They are the friendliest and kindest people ever, always available to provide you with helpful advice and engage in genuine conversation with you. They gave us their guitar for evening entertainment for a very reasonable rate, which I would highly recommend. Tony I hope I made it right. The family was just so wonderful. After I flipped my helmet upsidedown outside in the rain, Tony even made me a lining for my helmet from leaflets. Thanks once more! We hope to return in Hoi An in a couple of weeks, and

We stayed in La Mi Villa for two nights. The room is spacious, quiet, and new. It will take you about 10 minutes to walk to the old town. The guesthouse provides free bicycles to shorten the distance or do some sightseeing. Very friendly staff

We remained here for three nights in the family room, which has three super comfy mattresses and a nice balcony. The room is simple, but there are some extra features that we appreciated after staying in other similarly priced hotels, such as a separate shower that doesn't spray water all over the bathroom, decent towels, etc. The family is very nice and the property is on a quiet alley and a scottish walk from the old town. Free bikes elevate the stay. My brother stayed out quite late one night and was unable to enter the property gate and door were locked, and no one answered the bell. I believe if he called the phone, someone would be quick to assist him, but his phone was dead, making it a little bit of a pickle. If you don't stay out till midnight, it's not a problem.

The best part about this accommodation is the free use of the bicycle, which is essential to transportation to the old town, beaches, isles, etc. The worst thing is that its main gate is locked up at night, so the owners always need to open the gate for you, especially if you are going out or returning! Late. I didn't want to disturb them with my movements, but they insisted that I could simply call them on the phone even though all of them spoke only minimal English and my sim card was matronly if nobody answers the door, but of course I wasn't going to risk being locked out or feel guilty about having to wake the owners. Both the main gate and my room door emit very loud, sustained creaks as they cover the lack of privacy from inside and out and the feeling of being locked in at night made me feel sorry that the property was not clearly listed as a homestay. This was a significant dealbreaker. The room looks nice, and the bed is clean and comfortable. However, the wardrobe is musty and dusty, so I had to hang my hangers on the fan grille. Some of the rooms surfaces were very dusty, so I had to wash them clean for 10 minutes before I could unpack and settle in. My bathroom was always flooded, taking a long time to drain. Hot water was intermittent even when the heater had been on for a
