A extra mezzanine bed is available in the office corner, and comes with its own shower and toilet as well as gorgeous view on Selong Belanak.

We provide a full towels set for your comfort (hand, face, shower and pool type).

The kitchen is brand new and fully furnished - stove, oven, rice cooker, toaster, blender (basic equipment) - and an outdoor kitchen with its own barbecue!

The property is connected to internet through Fiber and available throughout Villa Kanan.

Kanan and its sister villa are sharing a 2,400sqm land with grass and tropical vegetation. The villas share the same access road and parking but don't worry, you can otherwise enjoy full privacy in your villa.

Kanan is lost in the Jungle. You will not hear any traffic, but eventually the monkeys and a mild sound of nearby mosques.

- Q: What time is the Check-in policy?
-A: Please be informed that check-in time is at 15:00 by default. Arriving earlier? No problem, we will manage for you to drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for the villa to be ready. If you need an early check in we will try to accommodate you but we can’t promise, it is subject to the villa availability. Please note that late check-in from 8 PM is charged IDR 200k. These charges occur for longer staff attendance reasons.

- Q: What time is the Check-out policy?
- A: Our check-out time is at 11:00am by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 15:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 15:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, please get in touch with us. Should the villa be empty, we'll be happy to store them.

- Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day?
- A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest's privacy, please kindly arrange with your butler should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time. Service occurs once a day.

Kindly note that your villa host is reachable through What's app from 9 am to 5 Pm and for emergencies. He/She is pleased to assist with your requests, however, he/she does not reside on site at all times.

- Q : Can we have extra clean towels?
- A : For eco-friendly reasons towels are changed every three days. Please leave them on the floor for our staff to pick-it up. Towels left hanging on racks will be considered clean if not on the floor.

- Q : What is the maximum occupancy for this villa?
- A : This villa is for 10 people, but the maximum capacity is for 12 people which means that the 11th and 12th person are counted as extra guests. The extra guest fee would be USD25/night/person from 2 years old.

Villa Kaly offers accommodation in Badung and is located 800 metres away from Seminyak Beach. The property features a swimming pool.
