The first floor of Villa Luja is home to four spacious bedrooms featuring king size beds in 3 rooms, bunk beds (2 rooms). Bedroom 1 and 4 include a smart TV, and all 4 bedrooms on the first floor include an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 5 on the ground floor has access to a bathroom and outdoor shower. Overnight stays by unregistered visitors require prior approval, and an additional charge of IDR 5,000,000 per person per night may apply for unauthorized stays.

Corkage Fee:
Corkage fee will apply 30% when guest bring their own coconut to the villa, any catering or mixologist from the outside villa. If guest request meals outside of provided menu, there will be additional cost of USD 10 per person + groceries fee + 10% service fee from the price of the groceries.
F & B System:
Food and beverage based on the menu system provide by the villa and subject to 21% tax and service charge. Lunch and dinner are pre order one day before.
