Building Information

Arunika Villa is part of a four-story building, with each floor serving a different purpose:

• 1st & 2nd Floors: Boarding house (private residence)

• 3rd Floor: Arunika Villa

• 4th Floor: Private residential unit

Each area has its own separate entrance and exit to ensure privacy for all guests and residents. The swimming pool is exclusively reserved for Arunika Villa guests.

Bedroom Configuration

• 2 Master Bedrooms, each with 1 King Bed

• 1 Small Bedroom with 1 Single Bed

• 2 Extra Beds are provided
• All bedrooms are non-air-conditioned, but cooling fans are available in every room.

Villa Capacity

• Maximum occupancy: 5 adults and 2 children (under 5 years old)

Additional Guest Charges

• Adults: IDR 100,000 per person
