I will return, much appreciated. This is a top-notch hotel. The best staff welcome us right away. Our luggage was delivered straight to our room. The absence of waiting rooms is excellent. It's very quiet right now, but it is fantastic for relaxation and rejuvenation. rooms are high-quality, cleaned, and serve excellent daily restaurant meals. Also, very high standards and polite and accommodating staff, especially Aruhanim, who was very kind and kind to us the thermal pools in the door and out door were excellent I can honestly say that my stay here has been so relaxing more than my journey to Thailand.

The hotel is nice for one night. We stayed in not very big but clean rooms. It's a bit far from the lobby but no issue. Their food was good as Turkish food, it was enough for us in terms of variety. Everything looks fresh. Evening entertainment was nice and fun as group guests like us would attend. The staff are very helpful, all our transactions at the reception were fast.

Ada cukup banyak hotel resort di Pamukkale, tetapi sepertinya Richmond pilihan yang tepat. Banyak turis lokal yang menginap dan makanan mereka terutama makan malam, enak sekali. Dessert mereka sangat enak di lidah. Mereka juga memiliki thermal generator. Sayangnya, hotel ini tidak memiliki lift, hanya tangga dan agak sulit untuk mengangkat barang, tetapi jangan khawatir, staf sangat cepat dalam membantu dan ramah.

Pada tahun 2011 kami menginap di hotel ini selama satu malam. Kami menikmati pemandian A Hamam ala Turki. Kami mengunjungi siapa dan menikmati pijatan santai. Pemijatannya bagus. Secara keseluruhan menenangkan. Akan malam prasmanan terasa biasa saja. Mereka tidak mengisi ulang makanan yang sudah habis, harapannya terasa hrdnya baik.

Although I only stayed one night, it was a pleasant experience. The staff was welcoming and helpful. It would be a good option to stay the night and go to the pools early in the day if you want to visit Pamukkale pools, which is the city's main attraction, because you are not too far from there. My apartment was very large, lovely, and clean, and had a balcony that was in front of a pool. You can also think about getting up even earlier and taking hot air balloon rides, which could be an interesting experience. You simply need to wake up early, sit on the balcony, and watch the balloons rise as the sun rises in the background in a room with a view of the pool mountain view. The hotel also provides an indoor pool, as well as spa facilities to help you unwind. There was a decent choice for both brunch and dinner. If you require anything, it would take 10 to 15 minutes by foot one way or take a short trip if you have a car.

Travelling with elders and heavy luggage should avoid as there is no elevator and hall tend to dark due to motion sensor lights. Especially, the stairs should be lit well for safety.

This is a large hotel with a spring water pool. The rooms are very nice and spacious. Dinner is served in the dining room at 7.30 p. M. You can't order a la cart. The closest restaurant is at least a 10 minute walk away. The rooms are spacious and very lovely. There is an outdoor bar. The night we were there we heard music and looked out our balcony to see a belly dancer! The music stopped early and it was very quiet. Very clean. Good value.

In general, the hotel is nice and in a great location, about a 500 meter walk from the nearby shops and restaurants. The rooms are old. Staff not friendly. We arrived late at night with lots of bags for a large family, but no one offered to help with the luggage even though our rooms are on the same level of the reception. Love the thermal pool massage. Breakfast has a limited choice. Overall this is an average hotel.

Just at the back of bus and dolmus terminal, they give you early check in (on my case it's around 7am) and a piece of paper with info on how to go to Pamukkale with Dolmus from Bus terminal

Menurut saya hotel ini sangat bagus, dengan desain modern dan mewah serta fasilitas yang lengkap. Yang menarik adalah kolam air panas termal yang dapat digunakan oleh-oleh semua tamu yang menginap di hotel ini. Jadi Anda bisa bebas menikmati air panas sepuasnya untuk kesehatan Anda. Untuk makanannya cukup enak dan lidah manusia Indonesia.
