I heartily endorse this hotel! The facilities were excellent, the personnel were courteous and accommodating, and the food served on site was excellent. The rooms are contemporary and furnished with everything you need.

All the things in this hotel exceeded my expectations. First of all, the staff was absolutely amazing. Their attention, friendliness, and willingness to help made my stay truly exceptional. Whether it was providing local recommendations or ensuring my comfort, their service was top notch. Second, there is no better location for the hotel. Situated in a prime area of Brisbane, it offers convenient access to many attractions, dining options, transportation hubs. I found it extremely convenient to explore the city from this central location. Last but not least, they exceeded our high expectations! Not only were they immaculately clean and wellmaintained, but they also exuded luxury and comfort. The attention to detail in the room amenities and the modern decor added to the overall experience of staying at hotel X. Overall, i highly recommend hotel an x to anyone visiting bangkok. With amazing staff, great location, rooms that exceeded expectations, its truly made your stay memorable and enjoyable.

I heartily suggest this hotel and will return. For my 40th birthday, i recently spent time with a group of friends at hotel X. Without denying, we had the greatest time ever. Dermont was outstanding and went above and beyond to assist us and provide us with the 5star experience. The accommodations are lovely, spotless, and cozy.

The hotel amenities are excellent, and we have a 2 deluxe room at competitive prices. We had savored our stay here during the holiday season last year. My family and i had an excellent time making reservations online during our vacation last years.

This hotel was really pleasant. The service provided was excellent, and the staff were courteous. I had a good experience while staying at this hotel. Its rated comparatively expensive, but its far superior to other hotels ive stayed in in Brisbane. Both the breakfast and room service food were delicious. There are plenty of pillows and i found the mattress to be firm. Additionally, the shower and bathroom facilities were satisfactory.

We had a great time during our onenight stay at this hotel on saturday. It was based on rewards night, and they upgraded us to deluxe suites with balconies and kitchenettes after failing to fix the air conditioning problem in our room. The way they handled the issue made countless changes to how we felt about this motel, which was what made all the difference to our experience. They were friendly and helpful, from andre at the front desk to the entire crew at end of the phone when our air conditioner broke. Beautiful bed linens, plenty of towels, robes for towels or slippers, as well as ghd straightners are all very tastefully furnished. There are vibrant colors in the black and white decor. A nice touch was that the curtains were automatically drawn. Although we didnt get to try it, we did have lunch at iris rooftop restaurant by the pool. We hadnt reserved iris because we hadn't tried it yet, so we had to wait for ten minutes for dinner. But it was worth the wait! Overall, since this location is so close to everything, there is no wonder we werent able to make

The hotel is fantastic. The rooftop bar and pool are excellent, and although the gym is a little small, it has good equipment. Its location was excellent.

Excellent location, a lovely rooftop pool and restaurant, and comfortable rooms! We informed the staff that we were there on saturday for rebirthing and were treated with courtesy. Parking is also easily accessible. The only issues were that the water pressure in the shower wasnt great, as was the air conditioning in our room during the day, but it did eventually cool the room down by the evening. After talking to the employees about this, they suggested closing the curtains and seeing if the cooling would improve the accommodation. It doesnt appear to be id suggest closing them and checking oozing the space better than when we discussed this. Even though the vents were open all night, the ventilation from them was weak. A really enjoyable stay otherwise.

We stayed at hotel X during our wedding week. The location is excellent, the rooms are clean, modern and spacious with great views. But what really stood out was the staff, they are absolutely amazing. A special mention to Riley who went above and beyond for us during my stay.

My partner and i celebrated our anniversary at hotel X. It was a lovely hotel with great staff, clean rooms, and an extremely cool atmosphere. Highly recommended for couples of all ages.

The service was friendly and accommodating. After, the food at the rooftop restaurant was amazing. Later on, they served mocktails for nondrinkers. Hereafter, this place is stylish with good food. Thereupon, its very roomy and has a big shower. Beside that, theres tv in the room.

The room was very comfortable with a personalized pillow menu and electronic functions throughout the room. The rooftop bar and dining stole my heart. I was completely blown away by this hotel! Talk about luxury.

The hotel had a fresh and tidy vibe. The majority of the staff members were courteous and accommodating, and the service was satisfactory. Although nothing exceptional, the rooms were decent. We stayed in solitary chairs, which were just looking out into masonry, making it resembled pity that we were only there to enjoy the view. Given that it can accommodate two people, they could have at least given us two. I believe the rooftop bar and pool would be the main highlights, but we couldnt use them because it was raining all the time, yet it still looked lovely and offered sweeping views. Additionally, since the roof bar was closed on mondays, that was the day we spent our stay there, we werent able to use it. Even though the hotel was fine considering the price, i would prefer to stay somewhere else the next time.

The only reason i couldnt give 5 stars for the location is the degenerative state of fortitude valley but this hotel is great value in my opinion also very safe and secure and only a short walk to the train station which is only one stop from central station and queen street mall. The hotel itself is close to many great local valley bars and restaurants, it is perfect for if you are looking for quality hotels but fewer expensive. Only consideration would be just for families to expect your usual scenery from forgiving valley which seems to be sliding further these days, especially the once beautiful mcquirters center, but there are many other great restaurants and bars very close by.

This hotel boasts a prime location in the heart of Brisbane, close to fortitude valey and Eagle farm. A short stroll will bring you to the story bridge. The rooms are impeccably clean and wellmaintained. However, the pool and rooftop bar add to its appeal, offering stunning views from the rooftop.

A wonderful weekend at hotel X. My sister and i came up to celebrate her birthday and were greeted by very friendly staff who were kind enough to let us into our room before checkin time. The room was spacious and had all the amenities you could want in both the bathroom and the minibar area. Rooms are very clean and modern, showers have great pressure and hot water. All that would be suggested from a superficial point of view is resizing unnecessary canvas images with gaudy glitter and mascara as it detracts from the elegance of the place.
