I think the hotel is in the ideal location near the Royal Botanic Gardens and the shrine of remembering. But the room is still average and the bed is uncomfortable. The bathroom has some mold in the corners and the shower head looks ordinary. The smell in the room is funny and the room is loud outside.

This hostel is a good choice if you're looking to stay while working. This hostel is close to the city and has a great location. This place is very quiet. The staff are also very friendly and kind. There are even showers in the room. For just over two weeks we stayed here while searching for a flat and it was perfect due to work crazy hours!

I stayed here to attend a meeting close by. Old building that needs to be painted and has to be replaced badly, and the whole place needs to be thoroughly cleaned. The south-area hostel doesn't have the buzz of a youth hostel which I typically like or the comforts of most air is. It's, however, direct across the street from the lovely gardens and in a fantastic location. Even though it has two kitchens and a few pans, mugs, cutlery, tea towels, and towels must be paid for in advance at the reception if it is open. But it is directly across the street from stunning gardens and in a fantastic location.

The room was clean, tidy, and very quiet. Next time, I would have a balcony with a view. The mattress was very hard. There was a supermarket and a cafe and restaurants nearby. The Thai restaurant was excellent.

It was a pleasure to be part of the establishment, in this place everyone is so friendly and helpful. The room we came in was clean, well-furnished, and spacious. The apartment is in a good position, close to the Botanic Garden, shrine, and tram station.

Although not in the free zone, the hotel is in a great location for public transportation. The receptionists were helpful. The room was ok, and we had a good time. Although it wasn't ideal, you wouldn't even need to go out on a rainy day with tired kids to get there. The room was comfortable at first. The room wasn't as tidy as anticipated on closer examination. The bed's linens had a lot of stains, one of the pillow covers likely made up for the black stains that were one of the towels had black stains. One day we returned to plates, cutlery, and mugs that were clearly just washed and not washed. Which made us wonder if we had eaten from filthy plates the days before. The front desk quickly resolved the issue, providing us with clean plates and other items. The cleaning staff looked more and more subpar day after day. The first few days were good. But then they forgot to provide us with new toilet paper, took our towels despite our efforts to keep them and didn't give us enough new towels, wiped the dishes, created the top layer of the bed but the inner layer was curled in the bottom etc. According to the front desk, the cleaning team was understaffed. Which we can understand and that's why we didn't complain other than the filthy

There are several choices for continental breakfast. The room was tidy and had everything I needed. The décor is outdated, but for the price, it's great value. The office personnel were helpful. They are also very near hospitals and public transportation. They have excellent underground parking. No road noise, and there is very little general noise.

We would stay here again given the location and price. We would probably go for a ground-floor room next time, and some of the stairs are awkward to ascend. This was a budget hotel because we were looking for a budget lodging close to family who live in the region. The room is quite small and the decor is dated. The receptionists was very friendly and accommodating. With the age of the building, the room is generally as clean as you can get. Our room faced the parking lot and the internal courtyard, and the road noise was minimal. The room is nice and spacious, with the shower hot. A continental breakfast is prepared for you in the morning, including cereal, breads to toast, condiments, tea, coffee, milk, and juice. The air conditioning is both peaceful and efficient. The bed was comfortable. Off-street parking is appreciated.

I was booked into a city hotel, but they behaved disgracefully and abused this disabled woman, so I walked out and went here instead. It was very old but clean and served my purpose for the night. Suitable for families but a bit cramped for a long stay. Beware of all the flowers in the parking lot as well.

I stayed in a room with a similar condition, with the bed really uncomfortable, the room smelled funny, the air conditioning was very noisy and the shower head looked ordinary with some mold in the corners. But in this place it was very comfortable because it was near to the memorial shrine and the royal botanic gardens, and the location is very good with a very strategic location.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, close to the city, but not too close, which is ideal if you need to get to the airport. Tram stop right in front of the building. The rooms are very nice, with fantastic views of the city and parkland, love the art in the room corridors, and a pleasant relaxing area in the entrance. Has a wonderful restaurant with a wide selection of breakfast and lunch menus.
