The staff of the hotel Alpenjuwel were wonderful, very accommodating, and attentive, especially Joseph who serves us very well. All of the guests in the area will find this place to be an excellent choice. The hotel has a pretty good cleanliness. Rooms are big. Beds are quite comfortable. The food is a really nice value for money. We had a large group of 21 people with 11 children. The room was big enough. She looked after everything with a friendly smile from special requests to special menus, ski passes, and trips to Innsbruck.

We stay here for 3 days. The hotel's equipment has a very good connectivity. There is an excellent restaurant list with several good Austrian wines. And then the service here was very kind and professional. The breakfast and dinner were very tasty too. After that, the Wifi connection was great.

The room size was huge and the cleanliness was very good. The staff was helpful, and the food was also good. And then, the breakfast was very good, even though the hotel didn't have the slopes and offered free bus transportation.

We will definitely return! We had a wonderful time at the location. Excellent food and service, extremely pleasant and courteous employees. The motel is absolutely dog-friendly. Staff members and you can bring your dog for each meal to the bar, and they are also dog lovers. The accommodations are immaculate, and the food is tasty. There is a lovely spa area, a convenient location, a supermarket nearby, and a bus stop nearby. Parking or garage facilities are available for free in front of the hotel. Many thanks for the kind hospitality.
