Very clean and comfortable rooms that felt luxurious. Conveniently located a few blocks from subway and bus stop, yet felt safe and quiet. Plenty of bakeries, restaurants and stores nearby. Also enjoyed a lovely dinner one night at the hotel that exceeded our expectations . Another perk was a five minute walk to the palace gardens to enjoy evening walks. Overall a very pleasant stay that I highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The hotel was fabulous and in a really good location for visiting attractions whilst staying out of the really busy areas. The staff were wonderful , in particular , the girl at the cooked breakfast station. I didn’t get her name , I think she said she was Polish. She was so happy, friendly and positive - an absolute credit to the hotel.

Excellent hotel in excellent location Next to Schönbrunn Palace and Gardens, the hotel‘s location couldn‘t be any better. The hotel building, friendly staff and clean and beautiful rooms live up to the expectations. Highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel, excellent location. We arrived after a transatlantic flight and were happy thst the room was ready- but then one staff came over and said she couldn’t give us the room until at least 12 noon (?), unless we paid an extra 50 euro. I can understand if the room isn’t ready, that happens - but if it’s ready what is the point in making us wait? That kind of soured our experience unfortunately.

The hotel is perfectly located for all tours but especially for the Schonbrunn Palace. It is close to Metro and Tram. Breakfast was amazing. The room was spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Es ist unglaublich, dass man in derart "noblem" Ambiente zu einem sehr leistbaren Preis nächtigen kann! Sehr willkommen war auch das Zimmer-Upgrade in ein Superior - wirklich wunderschön, mit Blick auf die Gärten von Schönbrunn. Super sauber, tolles Bett, edles Bad. Ein Drink in der stilvollen Gloriette-Bar war dann noch das i-Tüpferl für einen wirklich schönen Abend! Wir kommen wieder!

I enjoyed the area right on the doorstep of the Palace. Staff were so helpful and allowed me to che lck in early after a difficult flight. 6 minutes from the public transit that takes you downtown and out to rhe country side.

Arrived very late because of some issues, but got a warm welcome from the staff. This hotel is near a train stop making it easy to get to the city center. I loved the elegant room decor. This is across the Schrobunn Palace and grounds. Great value!
