Our great stay and would strongly suggest the big dome room! The big dome room number 300 has to be the best view in Vietnam and possibly the largest room. You feel at ease in this room. Benefits nice wooden floor boards, padded leather walls, chic, great for alcoholics. There is a vast selection of bar and living room rooms and an amazing balcony directly on Saint John's Cathedral. Comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom is also great with a jacuzzi and a mirror. The best room in Vienna with a large balcony looking down at the crowds. Drawbacks the secondary door lock inside the main door didn't work. This is the one prevents anyone with card access. I asked for the minor door lock, but they gave me an excuse. It seemed like they didn't want to spend the money to fix it. We worried about our daughter sleeping in that large room with a single bed directly next to that door. So I had to bring the single mattress inside to our room and put it on the floor. Any good hotel chain would send a technician right away to fix it, but the blonde front desk didn't want to do this. Also the billing situation is a bit odd. We occasionally order room service and they make us sign a receipt to add to our room. Sometimes they do not worry about signing anything we will add it to your room. This was a bit

Definitely the best location in Vietnam, but it doesn't stop there. The rooms are super opulent, clean and comfortable. The staff is great and the breakfast at the top restaurant is one of the best we have had. It's not cheap but you get a lot for your money. We strongly recommend this hotel for those looking for comfort, luxury and location.

We just wanted to have a good time, but this was a little short of our expectations as a 5 hotel. The location is truly unbeatable, you pay for it. Very centrally located close to a lot of the main sights and transportation connections. easy trips to both the main train station and the airport, with taxis and Uber points just a short distance away. All the staff were extremely friendly and efficient. We had a problem with our bathroom and the maintenance team arrived within 23 minutes and resolved the issue promptly for us. The rooms, though, felt outdated for the price and did not give attention to detail like I would have expected from a 5 hotel. There was no trash can in the bathroom built into the sink, but it was opened without cover so it was uncomfortable for female sanitary products or others as you had to dispose of them by walking outside of the toilet and again, these would be exposed with no cover. Sadly, both of our rooms were extremely hot during our stay despite having no heating to ensure that everything was off. The flush on our internal roller blind was also broken, so we had to call maintenance to fix it and it would randomly run for 510 minutes at night, constantly waking us up. After that, I was quite surprised that a hotel of this caliber had so few seating or general areas for hotel guests to use outside of the bedrooms. The restaurants do not have tables back,

The hotel needs much more to be called a star hotel, but it needs far more to be called a star hotel. If it was in any other part of the city, it would be a star at best. The lobby is on the first floor, meaning that there is a few so meter space called the lobby with a small desk and one person operating it. If you are waiting to be served, there is nowhere to sit and you will be greeted by the restaurant concierge or whatever the role is who will make sure you feel inadequate in reserving a seat. Despite the limited amount of space, check-in is quick and efficient. You later learn why because you do not have the necessary information when you enter your room. The menu from the restaurant was very limited and there was almost no information about the hotel. The city view room, which overlooks stephasnplatz and offers a view of stephansdom, is not definitely in the top end of the top level. And the design of a shower and toilet area is quite confusing. Overall a very little and cramped area where you don't feel like wasting more time than required. The restaurant on the ith floor is a different story, although we had to fight with the concierge to get the table because he was dismissive of the very hotel guests who were just checking in earlier. However, the restaurant had excellent food
