We stayed here for Christmas and New Year 2012-13. The hotel was clean, well-staffed, and well-maintained, and the service was excellent. The location couldn't have been better, directly across the trail back to the resort, so no more than him to walk with your skis. About 100 meters from the main lift in the morning. The rooms were very comfortable, with plenty of storage space and hanging for the ski kit. Bath and showers for skiing. Satellite to but few English channels. The ski room was secure, and the boot warmers for keeping your feet dry and warm every morning. Plenty of parking as well if you are driving. A short trip from many bars and restaurants, but far enough away to avoid too much noise. The only really minor flaw is the wifi. Apart from resort owned mountain bars and restaurants, where it is free and uses one password, everyone in Austria wants to charge you for wifi. Please can everyone use the internet for free now in hotels and bars. It is not a small cost, but you must arrange payment, etc. Just increase the room rate by a few euros. The family who runs the reza are very friendly. I give this hotel a ten out of 10 and will return when I visit Istanbul again. Try it, you will love it.

The location is perfect, the room was very spacious and has good decoration, with nice bathrooms and a lot of facilities. They served delicious breakfast, and the staff were very helpful. But the only negative things are the party crowds, who always have loud sounds at night.

The location is quite close to restaurants, bars, and ski lifts. The employees were very kind, and the room was spacious and clean.
