Notre séjour a l’hôtel était très reposant, ressourçant.Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et du jacuzzi,de faire de belles promenades dans la neige ,autour du village ,de monter en télécabines sur les hauteurs .Nous avons appréciez le service ,personnel très professionnel,restauration variée et délicieuse ,comme à la maison .La,propreté exemplaire ,chambre faite tous les jours ,peignoirs à disposition . Tout est fait pour accueillir des familles avec enfants avec différentes salles de jeux misent à leur ,disposition , animateurs et animatrices pour soulager les parents qui le désirent. Excellent séjour pour notre part ,avec une responsable à l’écoute.

The upper lodge by the restaurant is a must-visit if you have children who cant walk. We were fortunate enough to remain this year in the upper lodge by the restaurant. This year, we had to take our twins up the stairs quite a bit. I enjoyed the day while we were there, but I wanted to tell people what to expect ahead of time. We had to go up several flights of stairs because we were fit and enjoying challenging things. The food is always delicious, the rooms are tidy, and there are several activities. We stayed on the lower lev I last year, and we stayed there. We were happy to make the upper floor accessible to everyone and try to learn ski. They have a limit of four kids under three years of age to look after, but when we arrived, they said there are no promised childcare for our twins. Take care, buyer. You may not be able to reserve a ski lesson if you planned to have your children watch while you ski for a few hours or booked a ski lesson. You will lose the deposit for your ski lesson because they can't tell you if you'll get childcare or not! For older children, don't worry. However, as other reviewers have stated, if you have babies or toddlers, you take a risk. We are still enjoying our time, but I wanted to give you some thought ahead

This hotel was fantastic! The location is ideal. If one wants to go outside, there is plenty to do. The hotel is nice, clean, and has some amazing facilities to keep the kids entertained. The food is really delicious, and better than we had anticipated and had elsewhere. The staff is friendly and helpful. We didn't try the childcare option or any of the planned activities, but there is truly enough to do. If I really want to be picky, I'd say it was a bit of a pain to get from our room to the restaurant as it was going up all the way, but after the first two meals, our month-old walks it a little bit. We'll return!.

We recently stayed at the Brand agent hotel and I will start with the positives location fantastic views of the Voralberg Mountains from the hotel. Brand and the surrounding villages are very pretty and picturesque. Relaxed atmosphere in hotel rooms ok, traditional chalet style and a bit dated, but not too bad overall. we were lucky enough to have an upgrade to a family room which was bigger than the standard rooms. Breakfast good variety of everything inch birches muesli, gluten free crackers and snacks, pancakes, meats and cheeses. a good start to the day! areas for improvement kids club really disorganized and no clear leadership on activities. Staff very young and quite inexperienced and didn't officially greet us when we entered the kids club. Maybe ok for older kids but we didn't feel comfortable leaving our young children in the club on their own. Our experience last year was quite different the club was led by an enthusiastic and dynamic Spanish woman called anna who was welcome and evidently liked working with kids. Lunch and evening meal now buffet style due to corona and a bit variable in quality and repetitive at times. we visited the hotel last year and tasted better quality food so maybe there were changes in the cooks. Sauna facilities are good but not very modern by Austriangerman standards. Also the reception didn't keep track of how many guests entered the sauna due to coron

The hotel is close to Luna Sea and the nearby mountains. And then, the service was pleasant. After that, the food at terra is very good. Subsequently, the sauna is so relaxing. The last one is, the hot tub, Jacuzzi, and swimming pool.

Excellent service and delicious food. We had a great experience, I notified the hotel that I was a vegan before and had an amazing selection of food. Quality food. Pools, tennis courts and free use of sledges were all added to our stay. At the foot of the ski lift.
