The hotel looks new, but not in a strategic place. The room is not very large, but it's tidy. The hotel is four stars but appears lower in reality. Breakfast was the same every day. The staff is nice and friendly but needs more English language skills to attend tourists from abroad.

Hotel amar grand did not meet the standards at all and was not worthy of a four-star rating. While the rooms are large, there aren't many basic amenities, such as a tea kettle, ironing board, iron pressing board, and tea and coffee arrangement in the room. Room maintenance was also typical. The bathtub's wash basin tap was already loose and shaky, like it had been damaged. We were concerned that it might spill. I'm not positive whether they cleaned or mopped the room floor every day. Instead, they simply kept the bed neat. I believe that the extra money spent on four hotels was a total waste of money. The personnel, however, was extremely accommodating and helpful. The fact that their hotel restaurant is open 24 hours a day is the only good thing.

The hotel was so impressive, the staff was so friendly and friendly, and the rooms and room were so clean, and the breakfast menu was also very basic, the environment was also peaceful, the location was not very strategic, especially the area close to restaurants, stores, and the sea, as well as the market and fast food area, and also the taxi fare was so difficult to find at night. The price isn't bad, but I think the staff was very professional and helpful.

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel, the room size was small and clean, and the bed was comfortable. They were very kind and polite. The location of supermarket and medical center was near by. The food served was bland and not fresh.
