I would definitely recommend this place. It was a pleasure to come here. It starts from the welcome sign to the door and follows the rules laid out by the front desk. The personnel were really helpful and friendly in fulfilling all my requests and the room was clean and contemporary.

We are 2 families who stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel manager who made the booking. Kayak was very good but the staff and service were pathetic. What we liked 1 breakfast was ok and had live omelet counter but totally unpredictable when we had fruits, croissants etc. but next all disappeared. 2 understood at the front desk that they provide free taxis to the city center to guests but never used. What we dine like it's actually 3 star hotel but 5 star for name sake staff is extremely inefficient and do not care about guests at all 3 staff can not speak English at all so you ask for towels they come with toilet tissues so every request makes life difficult 4 our room was not cleaned before given to us at the time of check in 5 my friend room had some problems with bathroom which was never fixed until we checked out 6 staff at breakfast restaurant were constantly fighting and very poor communication so if you are a vegetarian or allergic to anything be careful they might not mess up

The price is very affordable. The location is also good. And this hotel is the best. However, the service is very unprofessional. And that's to be expected from a boutique hotel, although I see what other reviewers have said.

Its our first time in bake. The first day we arrived at the hotel with a warm welcome from the staff at reception mila she was so welcome kind and polite, the same day we had our lunch at the hotel saran and raven were so friendly and nice at the restaurant they are really accommodating. During our threeday stay in the hotel the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful they always greet you with a smile. Thanks even who helped us overtime to book a taxi, auf and kau were also helpful. Thank you for help from Aya, raven, and edgar every day during breakfast they are all doing a great job. I recommend the hotel to everyone. You will enjoy the facilities, room cleanliness, and most importantly, the staff is polite and very helpful. Finally, I enjoyed the facilities from the gym, sauna, steam, turning hammer, salon, and spa which made it more comfortable for us to stay.

We had booked two nights at IVY Garden hotel between May 5th and May 7th. We do not feel that the reviews meet expectations and had a less than good experience. We stayed in room 406. At 9:00 pm we reported: -The heat was 27 degrees in the room and had not been lowered for 6 hours. Despite open windows. -The shower water was either scalding hot or ice cold. It was impossible to shower. -Wifi did not work. A male person from the reception went straight into the room without asking and my roommate (woman) was not fully dressed further into the room. The error was not fixed but the staff would talk to the manager. The next day we woke up in total heat. Spoke to the reception who was not accommodating when we wanted to leave the hotel. We wanted a refund for the next night and compensation for the first. We tried for 3 hours to get help from the reception but they refused. The male receptionist also refused to talk to us and did not meet our eyes. A terrible behavior to us as women and was experienced as an abuse of power. 3 hours later we chose to leave the hotel without full compensation. We got 137 Manat back out of 400. An incredibly bad customer service and we felt terribly unwelcome. That the hotel would also make a profit when we chose to leave due to problems that they could not fix, this was experienced even worse. They also said that it was our fault as we could have changed rooms the day before, which we tried without getting help.
