•Late Check-in / Late Check-outAn additional fee of €20 per person, per hour applies for check-in outside standard hours or for late check-out, subject to availability and prior approval.•Smoking PolicySmoking is strictly prohibited inside all units and in designated non-smoking areas. Any violation will result in a €200 deep-cleaning fee.•Property Damage / LossGuests are responsible for any damage to or loss of property during their stay, including damage caused by smoking outside designated areas. Any applicable charges will be discussed and agreed upon and charged to the debit/credit card provided at booking, check-in, or check-out.•Pet Policy (Exceptions Only)Pets are generally not allowed. In exceptional cases and with prior management approval, pets may be accepted at an additional fee of €20 per pet, per day. Only pets weighing up to 20 kg are permitted for Deluxe Room only. Approval is at the sole discretion of the property and must be requested before arrival.•Additional / Unregistered GuestsA surcharge of €30 per extra guest per night applies for guests staying beyond the number included in the original booking.
