The location of be was excellent, being close to the historic center on a 10-minute stroll. It also made parking at the underground garage Pantreitje easier for us to park the vehicle nearby, as well as parking around the corner. That's a wonderful find, we're hoping to return. We spent two nights in Be. Pieter gave us a warm greeting when we first arrived, and he couldnt have been a better host all weekend. When we emailed to let him know we would be a little late for checkin, and he responded with an extremely pleasant response stating that it wasnt a problem and providing directions and parking suggestions, which was extremely useful! We slept in the master suite, which offered good value for such a spacious and lovely bedroom and bathroom exactly as it appears in the photos. It was neat, comfy, and we had everything we required. The tiny fridge, which offered a variety of beverages and Belgian beers you could pay for, was also a lovely touch. Breakfast was also wonderful, it was continental but had many options that also changed daily to offer variety. The historical center is within a 10-minute walk from the be. The underground garage at Pantreitje, which is just around the corner, made it easy for us to park the car.

We will definitely be back. Beautiful house, delicious breakfast. Free parking nearby. great host, everything you could need is in your room. Nothing was too much trouble, went above and beyond our expectations.

Overall, its excellent for a romantic nightcap in an intimate setting. We chose this hotel for a peaceful visit to the city in December to view christmas lights, spending a lovely couple of days there. Pieter was a wonderful host, incredibly accommodating and helpful, and he gave me some excellent restaurant suggestions. The breakfast area was a lovely and light area to prepare a hearty breakfast in the morning and the room was even better than Id had anticipated. The hotel is strategically situated for exploring the citys center or the streets margins. Because its an impressive old townhouse, I would only advise considering one of the upstairs rooms if youre a light sleeper, like me, because we were at the mercy of the visitors movements above us fortunately they were in sync with our sleeping schedule!

We stayed with Peter for 3 nights beginning in September. The bridge itself is lovely and staying at the next door only adds to the experience. We chose the master suite with a deluxe bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and healthy with fresh bread every morning. Peter and alicia are fantastic hosts and ensured we had a wonderful stay. The property is a 20 minute walk with luggage along a riverside path and a 10 minute walk into the center of bridge. Don't go past this accommodation for a short stay in bridge. You won't be disappointed.

This hotel is in a great location for sightseeing bruges. Pieter and his wife were great hosts and very welcoming. Breakfast was varied and delicious each day.
