At the hotel, there is a comfortable mercury hotel that is close to the airport in 20 minutes. The room is quiet and clean and has decent air conditioning. There is a good fitness center and pool. The room service was quick and the club sandwich was adequate. The breakfast was also good with both Brazilian and international options.

Overall, I will definitely return. The hotel and its location are great, but the check-in time was not very pleasant. On weekends, there was only one person to greet all guests.

This is a new unit within the standards of this hotel chain. Attractive, with a nice common area on the floor level. The comfort is good, the decoration is contemporary, and the beds are comfortable. Nice gym facilities. I didn't have time to sample breakfast, overall very satisfying.

It was a nice stay for a night at this hotel. The location of this hotel is good, in a great part of the city. The front desk was so busy that checking took some time, but the room was comfortable and spacious. It has all the amenities of a good hotel. The bathroom is clean and has a water shower. The only problem was the wifi. When I arrived, there was a problem with the provider. The problem was resolved, but the connection in the hotel was poor. Basically, the wifi does not work in the room. It does at reception. I'll likely go back to the city because this hotel is a great hotel to stay at. However, they need to fix the wifi.

We reserved a double bed room for 4 days and a suite for the final day at the destination. Sharing my thought about both checkin took me almost 20 min, even after doing the online checking there was a single person at the desk and 2 people in front of me. The staff is friendly, but clearly overworked. The rooms have a good idea, a decentsize, comfortable double bed, with a hairdryer. However, the reading bed light was broken on my side, the toilet seat was wobbly, and the paint was already dirty. It had decent amenity kit shampoo, shower cap, and soap at the price. Although the minibar and room service rates werent too high, the breakfast had very few options, so it was not worth the extra. During our stay, one of the lifts broke down, but a few minutes was enough to cause a small mess in the space on 16 floors, 2 lifts. Moving on to the suite, where we had the most trouble. Despite having a late checkin after RP, the room was not ready when we got there. It appeared to have been locked for at least 6 months without being used, and the bathroom smelled disgusting. The shower was great, and the wifi reception worked well throughout the hotel. Overall, I have the impression that this is an old, poorlymaintained hotel. Might have been
