I will stay here again whenever I travel to Rio. I recommend this place. Great location in the heart of Copacabana, close to the beach and a lot of good restaurants. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, and the atmosphere is comfortable to stay in. Excellent value for the money. Excellent staff, especially Pauline, the front desk manager who is always there to help and is always open. Dan.

We will definitely stay again if I visit Rio. Overnight was a pleasant experience, with a wide variety. There are many pluses in this place. Restaurants, fast food restaurants, McDonald's, be, dominos, shops, super parts, money changers, and Copacabana Beach are all in a great position nearby. The staff was responsive, helpful, and courteous. Check in was straightforward and easy. The room I stayed in did not have a view, but that was not a problem. Safe, mini fridge, and safe. The space is modest but manageable. The ubertaxi is conveniently located at the main road and the hotel entrance is conveniently located and it's simple to load and pick up of luggage. There is always someone present at the main door, and security is excellent.

Very well run reception, the room was basic, but if you think about the price you pay, this breakfast was well made with fruit cereals and that veggie got hot porridge and hot sweet potato Banana. Very satisfied and will be back again.

You pay for what you get at the hotel. There weren't many breakfast options, but it was fine. It was convenient because it is in a great location near Copacabana Beach and several stores and restaurants were close by. The room I was given was quite big and clean, though it had a slight makeover or renovation. It was a good spot to stay. Excellent customer service is provided. One particular person has stood out, and that person is a customer service representative who speaks English, and that person is Raphael. Excellent personnel. He provided a pleasant experience. He was patient and competent. Because he truly stood out in the hotel and was incredibly accommodating, he should be given an employee of the month or other incentives or rewards. Overall, the personnel was not unfriendly or unpleasant, but perhaps the language barrier made it harder to distinguish. However, Raphael is a true person, and the housekeeping woman, I didn't receive her name, was incredibly friendly even if she didn't speak any English. Oh, I usually don't take housekeeping, but I always ask that the towels be changed or if I need toiletries. Raphael, keep doing a great job!.
