This is a good hotel. It is conveniently located only 5 minutes from the center of the city and 10 minutes from the city limits. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. This hotel is good for the clients who want a Plaza Comfort during their business trip and budget.

The internet connection could be improved. The personnel was extremely helpful, the breakfast was excellent, and parking was free. Vip Invitation in the private nightclub is accessible.

Exceptional location. The room is very clean. Staff is very polite and helpful. The rooftop pool is a great addition to the hotel. Excellent food at the hotel restaurant, banco. The mattress was the only downside. It could have been a bit more comfy and the towels were a bit worn. Other than that, I will undoubtedly come back. Joaquin at the front desk was very professional and helpful.

I would advise anyone looking for a motel in of. On numerous occasions, I have stayed at this hotel, and I have never had any issues. The personnel are always kind, and there is always a person who speaks English. The rooms I have stayed in are really modern, clean, and spacious. Especially the bathrooms were very neat and clean. WiFi has always worked fine for me. The breakfast buffet offers a large selection of delicious breakfast items. I have had dinner there twice, and both times it was excellent. The service was a little slow.

The hotel is fantastic. We had not planned to stay the night there, but our flight was canceled due to bad weather, and the airline paid for our stay there. The hotel is very good, the restaurant has great food, but service was very slow. The internet connection is not good. But what bothered me was the receptionist refused to call the airline for us. We asked if anyone from the airline had called to let us know about the flights, and the receptionist said they didn't. She said she wouldn't do it when I asked him to call them for me to let me know when they'd pick us up to return to the airport, but she said she wouldn't because it wasn't her job. This receptionist, the woman, was not kind or helpful at all. But the others, the male ones, were wonderful.
