We stayed at the hotel for 8 nights. We had a great experience overall. The staff is very friendly and helpful whenever you have a question or need. They respond quickly if you need anything too. The rooms are spacious. The kids loved the pool and were in it every day. Lots of clean towels and warm water. Breakfast was served at the hotel every morning and there was a wide variety. The omelette station was a family favorite. There are also tours you can book through the hotel. Tuk drivers are amazing. We took a tour with them almost every day we were there. Most of the drivers speak english and really care. The drivers use whatsapp so its easy to get in touch with them when you need a pick up. It only costs $2 to go into town.

The location is a bit out of the center and not many restaurants etc very close, but a short taxi ride will solve that. The pool area is nice and the breakfast has lots of options. Really nice place to stay while in siem reap. The staff are great and always available to help if needed.

We recently arrived and checked into the hotel. Its not our first time here and we absolutely love this hotel in siem reap, it truly is our go to hotel. First of all, the staff are very accommodating, always smiling and everyone goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect, even if its just one night. The rooms are stunning, huge, beautifully decorated and have amazing features and amenities. The pool is clean, nice to swim and they have 2 for 1 cocktails which is always a plus. I highly recommend this hotel as we adore it so much!.

Melebihi ekspektasi! Harganya luar biasa. Hotel ini indah, stafnya sangat perhatian dan kamarnya luar biasa. Sarapan menawarkan banyak pilihan (lebih gurih daripada manis) dan ada kemungkinan untuk mengatur banyak kunjungan melalui resepsi. Berjalan kaki 15 menit dari pusat. Pastinya, jika saya kembali ke Siem Reap, saya akan tinggal di sini lagi. Sinyal WiFi tidak terlalu bagus, tapi itu kritik kecil.

I recently stayed at the bayon modern residence and cant say enough good things about my stay. From start to finish, everything about my stay was perfect. First and foremost, the price was very reasonable for the level of service and the quality of the accommodations provided. But it was the service that truly made my stay unforgettable. I have traveled extensively, but i have never received such attentive and personalized service as i did at the bayon modern residence. From the moment i arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my every need was met. The emotional connection i felt with the staff was really special. They were warm, welcoming, and genuinely cared about my wellbeing during my stay. They made me feel like i was part of their family, which made my experience even more memorable. The attention to detail was simply extraordinary, from the fresh flowers in my room to the personalized recommendations for places to visit in the city. The amenities were topnotch, the location was perfect, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. But it was the service that truly made my stay at the bayon modern residence stand out as one of the best experiences ive ever had. The staff at bayon modern residence are excellent! Everyone is welcoming and accommodating. They assisted me in arranging a car and driver for me, and they were able to negotiate a better rate than grab. I unintentionally returned to the hotel for an additional night after checking out. Such a warm greeting made it feel like coming home to family. The bed was cozy, and both of the rooms i stayed in were spacious and clean. A shower head with plenty of hot water. The bathroom had a lot of counter space, which was great. There was a safe in the room, as well as plenty of luggage storage. I didnt use the pool, but i did observe people enjoying it every afternoon.

Kamarnya luas dan didesain dengan indah, namun sayangnya sangat tua. Tampaknya tidak ada upaya untuk melestarikannya. Semua sambungan sangat berjamur (foto). Ada lubang di jendela (karena benturan), lihat foto, sehingga binatang kecil seperti nyamuk bisa dengan mudah terbang. Ada juga noda di selimut. Saat saya melaporkannya, saya hanya mengatakan terima kasih atas umpan baliknya, kami akan mengubahnya. Jika tidak, tidak ada yang akan merespon. Saya pasti tidak akan merekomendasikannya.

We booked online and stayed here for 3 nights to explore Siem reap and the angkor wat temple complex. The hotel is a bit out of town, only 5 minutes by tuktuk, so it is nice and quiet in the evenings. The service from the moment we arrived was nothing short of exceptional. Check in was quick and easy and our rooms were surprisingly large with good air conditioning, plenty of storage space, fridge with mini bar, tea and coffee facilities, and balcony overlooking the pool. The pool and bar are great for relaxing after a long day exploring the temples. We booked the hotel tuktuk to take us around the temples and they were stocked with ice cold water and the riders were great. A real gem of a hotel.

What a royal experience staying at this lovely hotel! The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming, they truly made me feel at home and brightened my day. My friend and i were picked up at the airport when we arrived, and they drove us via tuk to our hotel. He also drove us to many places in the city and introduced us to delicious food at the night market and restaurants! We are so happy we stayed at this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone looking to explore Siem reap. I already miss it!.

Amazing! Wow! Phenomenal! We travel a lot and are astonished by how well we were treated. We felt like family here. Fivestar service was provided by the staff. The restaurant was excellent. Chef vat Song consistently exceeded our expectations. The pool was great and the bartender was always smiling. The front desk staff was always happy and ready to help with exploration ideas, transportation assistance and anything else you could ask. The location was perfect. Only one kilometer from downtown and very quiet. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The hotel is absolutely stunning and very clean! The staff is very helpful. They booked our tuktuk to angkor wat and to the airport and their prices were very competitive. They were very kind to let us use the facilities after checkout including the pool, shower and changing room. We highly recommend staying at this hotel!.

I recently spent six nights at the bayon modern residence in Siem reap. Its because of how they handled my difficult and unconventional circumstances that i come to believe they are a fantastic place with wonderful people. Due to a delayed flight, i was unable to reach siem reap and could only arrive the next day. Despite my upfront payment for the entire stay, the folks at bayon easily changed my checkin date and even refunded my money for the unused day! Excellent integrity and ethics. Customers return to this kind of common sense behavior. In another instance, the staff promptly upgraded my room to a quieter location at no additional cost after ensuring that my issue was genuine. I want to express my gratitude to the supervisor, mr. Ly Sovanny, for taking care of my stay. I closely observed him with not just me but also with his management of other customers during my 7day-6night stay. He truly embodies what i heard about the oldschool siem reap philosophy of tourists are god. My only small complaint is that there are few vegetarian breakfast options, and the hotel would do well to accommodate vegetarians. However, they even provided breakfast boxes because i had to leave early in the morning for the angkorwat sunrise and also after an early checkout to get to the airport early. As long as mr. Ly sovanny is present, i have no reservations in recommending bayon modern residence and will gladly stay there again whenever i return. They make you feel welcome, and the environment is incredibly warm and welcoming.
