Spring Valley Resort

The holiday village is located on Phum Thmey, Khum Prey Thom, in Kep province. The establishment is conveniently located on the slope of Kep National Park, just about 100 metres from Kep city and the market. The driving time from Phnom Penh International Airport to the property is about 3 hours by bus and about 2 hours by car. The air-conditioned holiday village resort was built in 2011 and has 33 rooms. Its design is based around the idea of untouched nature and tranquillity, surrounded by mountains and trees. Guests are welcomed in the lobby, which offers a 24-hour reception and a 24-hour check-out service, as well as a hotel safe, currency exchange and a children's playground. Guests can enjoy a drink at the café and bar, and dine in the restaurant overlooking the pond. Business travellers can make use of the conference facilities. Internet access is available and guests can also take advantage of the room service and, for a fee, laundry service. There is a car park for those arriving by car. Bicycle hire is also available. The resort has ocean view rooms and private bungalows. All rooms are en suite and feature a hot and cold water shower and bath, as well as a double or king-size bed, a mini fridge, individually regulated air conditioning and a balcony or terrace with views of the mountain, garden and ocean. All rooms are surrounded by fruit trees, spacious and decorated with wooden fixtures, and guests receive a complimentary bottle of water each day. The resort offers free use of the outdoor freshwater swimming pool with children's swimming area. Guests can order all kinds of drinks from the restaurant over the pond and enjoy them around the swimming pool area, which has sun loungers and parasols. Additional amenities include a hot tub and, for a fee, massage treatments and biking. The nearby sandy and rocky beach also offers sun loungers and parasols for a fee.
