This was the perfect spot for our long journey from AB to BC. Clean room, spacious with plenty of room for 3 adults and a small dog. The bathroom, cleaning could be better, it had a stale smell from the cleaning products. The breakfast was average yet very well stocked. All in all a great stay, very convenient and great value.

Check in was a breeze. Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious. One recommendation, dimming the lights when breakfast hours have ended & clearing the counters of food while patrons are still eating is a bit off-putting. I was literally getting coffee and the cream was whisked away! I understand you need to keep a schedule but there has to be a more polite way. I’ve never experienced this at any other hotel breakfast venue.

We’re please that our room was ready when we came, the staffs were very helpful and accommodating since it’s our first time in Golden the front desk Darwin he was very kind and friendly he helped us in many ways. The breakfast was great and all of us were delighted and energized to start our day to explore Golden Skybridge and some nearby scenic view. Parking was spacious and safe! Absolutely we’ll come back! We had a fantastic and memorable stay in Best western Golden! Thank you so much

Lo mejor del hotel definitivamente fue el servicio del personal. Teníamos conocimiento que el hotel estaba terminando su remodelación, ya sabíamos que el servicio de restaurante, alberca, lo estaban ofreciendo en propiedades hermanas. A pesar de la renovaciones, no había ruido o polvo o molestias, suficiente lugar de estacionamiento, la habitación y las amenidades excelentes. A una buena distancia del centro, a una caminata de 10 minutos, lo cual hacía que no hubiera tanto ruido. De verdad estuvimos muy a gusto repetiríamos la experiencia en el hotel.

Room was clean in detail ! Situated at the rear of the hotel, it was extremely quiet as well. The staff were informative and helpful. I was given two bottles of water upon Registration and departure. Breakfast: Great coffee. A variety of Teas were available as well. Scrambled eggs, large waffles, bacon, sausages, and pan fried potatoes each day. White, brown, and whole wheat bread available for toast. Bananas were on hand and fruit juices in dispensers. Three cereal dispensers as well. There is a coffee service available at the entrance to the dining room for those who wish to grab a cup and go. There was large well-lit parking lot on the property. Summary: Clean rooms, attentive, helpful staff, great brekkie, and great value ! I joined the BW Club and look forward to my next stay.
