We really liked the hotel. It's clean and very close to all the tourist spots. The hotel staff were really helpful especially Sho at the front desk. My only concern is the breakfast area. It gets really packed. It was too difficult to get tables on the 3 days we ate breakfast especially with 2 little kids. I also feel bad for the breakfast staff/workers. There were only 3 of them and they were working so hard at all times with clearing/cleaning tables and refilling the foods. I hope they are getting compensated for their hard work. They deserve it. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

My room was really clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that breakfast was chaotic. There was never enough seating. Sometimes there were not plates or silverware. Sometimes food would run out and we would have to wait for more food. It was just a lot.

Visited with family and had a pleasant stay. It's a good, decent property located close to Old Montreal Port, making it convenient for sightseeing. The breakfast was good, and overall it was a nice experience.

Great location just next to Chinatown, a few short minutes to old Montreal and a few short minutes to Saint Catherine’s shopping area. Hotel was clean and nice, and staff were friendly.

Pool is small but the kids loved it. If you’re an adult, expect to get splashed. Lots of loungers and cozy couches, 2 fire bowls. Clean fresh room, but the conditioner was empty and the shampoo ran out by day 2. Staff quickly refilled the conditioner. Great breakfast and lots of room if you go early. Lovely front staff!

Overall qualities of the property was well maintained, safe and easy to access all the amenities. Staff was superb. I would love to give Nicholas & Sho a very special thank you. They both went far and beyond to accommodate our needs. Thank you and best regards, The Stewart and family

Our stay was very good. The only thing that was anoying was that the AC flow would go on the bed by the window, strait on your head wich made it hard to fall asleep. Other than that we liked it a lot. And the location is awesome to visit the old Montréal, chinatown and other central down town places.

Clean room, shower was great. Unfortunately, the check-in and room selection options on the app didn’t reflect what we ultimately received during in-person check-in. Otherwise had a nice stay.
