The staff were very friendly and the whole hotel was very clean. I saw people cleaning the lobby and elevator area every day. Breakfast was great with a wide selection. I would definitely stay again.

Hotel is situated in the entertainment district with lots of places to eat and drink. CN Tower is only a few blocks away and its close to all the attractions, China Town, Graffiti Alley, Waterfront and train station to name a few. Hotel was lovely, rooms are small but comfortable and breakfast is amazing. Highly recommend.

Clean and nice rooms. Excellent view on higher floors and great central location in downtown Toronto. Nice snack bar in the lobby, convenient if hungry or thirty. The room gets two free bottles of water per day. The breakfast is really nice, but also super busy as it's a big hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel on our second visit. The room we were given was modern, spacious and had wonderful views of downtown. The breakfast buffet was delicious, of a high standard, varied and kept topped up and fresh throughout. The staff from the reception, to those at breakfast especially Carlos, Penina and Deva were particularly attentive. The location was accessible to all the main sites in downtown Toronto. Overall, this is a lovely hotel with high standards of customer service and efficiency.

Most memorable is staff. Walk in and 2 staff main entrance to greet and walk you to checkin. Never experienced amazing service from staff who always checking in with you when they see you. Staff made the stay comfortable. This is definitely my new spot when visit downtown.
