Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. Great Muskoka vibe. Only small complaint is pet friendly and it became apparent that our room had pets as we could smell the mildew/dander and it had a small impact on our allergies. Better to allow pets only in specific rooms.

Great place to spend the night while dropping the kiddo at camp. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast tasty and easy with a beautiful view. Quick walk to downtown Bracebridge, the river, and the Falls. Looking forward to returning for our pick up trip!

The property is well maintained. The view of the Muskoka River from the balcony is lovely. Just having a balcony is a selling point. The room was large enough to be very comfortable. Our favorite aspect is that it is pet friendly. We won't travel without out little doggie. There is lots of green space for her to have her several walks a day. Though we didn't take advantage of the complementary breakfast, we did dine at Basilico and it was excellent. Another plus is the location. It is only a few minutes walk to the heart of old Bracebridge, so you can leave the car and walk to various stores and restaurants. A great place to spend a few days in Muskoka.

If you want old school charm...this is the place to go. It's a beautiful setting overlooking the river in Bracebridge. There are beautiful seating areas and the rooms all have balconies that look over the river. It's quiet, serene, peaceful. Although they don't have cable, they do have Netflix! Breakfast was included (which is rare these days) and it was a beautiful arrangement of basics (nothing hot except your toast or a bagel) but there was plenty there to start your day off with a full stomach! Highly recommend!

Very nice place I would stay there again. Parking can be a bit tricky later in the day. Overall, a very nice place to stay staff were very friendly. Continental breakfast is anything you get at any other hotel. The room was nice kept clean. We did not hear people in the hallway which I was a little bit worried about. It was very quiet. They have a nice patio. You can sit outside and look at the water. We did not try the on-site restaurant, but it did smell good and had quite a few people eating there overall I would stay here again.

While browsing for accommodations, I came across the Inn at the Falls in Bracebridge based on its excellent reviews. We were extremely pleased with our stay. The property has been beautifully maintained, and it's evident that great care has been taken to preserve its history and character over the years. It's refreshing to stay somewhere that offers such a unique blend of heritage, charm, and comfort. The attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the property's original character made our experience even more memorable.

This property has a lot of charm. It’s a very old building ,with a lot of history. Very clean and well kept .The staff were lovely. The grounds are pretty. It’s in a very cute area with a couple really nice restaurants close by. Griffin pub I believe and The Station. Also an Italian restaurant right on the property with a beautiful view of the lake. The breakfast was very nice touch with a beautiful seating area. The rooms were very reasonably priced we would definitely stay again.

Clean room, comfy king bed, nice air conditioning, clean bathroom, awesome view from our private wrap around balcony in room 125 in The Mews. Enjoyed a nice peaceful stay overlooking the river! On site Basilico Restaurant has excellent staff, great food, especially the pizza!! Thanks for a lovely stay!
