We had an issue with the TV that was corrected by the time we returned to our room later in the day.

Great place to stay while visiting the area. Lots of families with kids. Breakfast and pool were great. Room was very clean and beds were very comfy. Convenient location as well.

Although short staffed and super busy, we were greeted with a smile from the friendly lone staffer. The breakfast was decent except the bacon which was thin, flaccid, and almost translucent. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. Despite the low-grade bacon I would stay there again.

Instant Fan of this Hotel! I know it's only a year old, but they've done a wonderful job of maintaining/keeping clean the property. The amenities are great, and staff super helpful and friendly! Will definitely try to stay here when passing through Bracebridge!

Great stay in Bracebridge. Very "refreshing" to stay in such a new hotel. Very nice common area just off the lobby with plenty of seating, foosball tables, board games, etc. Breakfast was also nice with several hot and cold items. Rooms were nice and modern. Unfortunately, the in-room AC unit was very loud. Note for parents... Bathroom does not have a bath, just a standalone shower.
