We truly enjoyed our stay here! Sometimes choosing a hotel you're not familiar with can be a gamble, but this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The property was exceptionally clean, from the lobby to our room, and it was clear that cleanliness and guest comfort are top priorities. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. Parking was convenient, with options available both onsite and just a short five minute walk away. While our room did not have a direct view of the falls, the location was fantastic.It's across the street from the main attractions and within easy walking distance of the falls. We especially loved being able to watch the nightly fireworks from our riverfront room. If you're looking for a great breakfast spot nearby, PUR is a must. The cinnamon pancakes were absolutely delicious and a highlight of our trip! Overall, this hotel provided one of the most comfortable stays we've had in a long time. In fact, it was the first time I've gotten a full eight hours of sleep in quite a while. We would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and look forward to staying here again in the future!

Great place and would definitely recommend! Very nice rooms and a great location. Only downside was the tv wasn’t the best… but can always bring something yourself to watch. That doesn’t change the fact the place was amazing and the staff was so helpful

Excellent stay in Niagara Falls! The location is one of the biggest advantages, with Clifton Hill, the Falls, and most major attractions all within walking distance. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help. The facilities were great, making the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Niagara Falls.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Victtoria Inn. The staff made our stay comfortable right from the start by providing a smooth and hassle-free check-in process, including an early check-in which we greatly appreciated.Also check out at 12 providing us an extra hour. The team was equally helpful during check-out, allowing us to store our luggage so we could continue exploring without any worries. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive connected rooms, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were spotless, with clean towels, well-maintained washrooms, comfortable beds, and perfect room temperature. The large windows offered a beautiful city view, exactly as promised. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the attractions and directly across from the go-karting area, which added to the fun of our trip. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend Victoria Inn to anyone planning a visit to Niagara Falls.

Thank you for a great stay. This hotel has great parking as opposed to the areas closer to the falls. The rooms were very large and all staff was nice and kind. We could walk to many great restaurants and all the attractions and tours. Please consider staying here!

Quick registration in clean lobby. Room was as expected, clean and spacious, bathroom was very nice too. TV reception was lousy, as it looked like there was digital interference..however wasn't there for tv. All in all good value for money and in the heart of tourist trap niagara!

The Vittoria was wonderful. The hotel is clean, modern, with plenty of amenities, a great pool and is located close to the falls, restaurants, shops and other things to do. So much is within a short walk that you really don’t have to drive if you don’t mind walking. If I return to Niagara Falls I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.
