Check in with Valentina was wonderful. She is a great ambassador for the hotel. Loved my room with the huge bed & window overlooking a park & gorgeous building. Perfect location in the historic district. Lots of hot water, too and wifi worked great.

O Hotel fica em frente o Cerro Santa Lúcia, a passos do metrô Santa Lúcia no bairro de Miraflores! Em frente o Metrô tem um Mc Donalds! É um hotel excelente, com TV a cabo, ar condicionado, aquecimento! Me surpreendeu de forma positiva, foi uma estadia excelência!!! Quando voltar a Santiago novamente me hospedarei no hotel Intimo!!!! Gracias Diego, Jimmy, Carlos, personas sensacionales!!! Espetacular!!!!

Love the location, and it was a very affordable deal for a single bedroom with a private bathroom at the heart of Santiago. It is within a five-minute walk from the subway station, with many buses passing by. The neighborhood is very walkable and has many cafes, bars, and restaurants. It is only a 10-ish minute walk to the art museums as well. It is located next door to the park with an amazing skyline view. I highly recommend this hotel for those on a budget who would love to explore Santiago.

Close to metro station and Plaza. Cool markets around. Neat lift, relatively sizeable room even if weirdly shaped. Really good shower. Only found 1 electrical outlet in the room, hidden behind a curtain and well away from the bed. Not great when trying to charge your tech and look things up. Friendly staff, not much English but chirpy and happy to help.
