LOCAL TAX LAWBased on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee of 19%. To be exempt from this supplement, guests must pay the amount of the stay in USD and present a copy of the immigration card and passport. Guests paying in local currency will also be charged this fee. In case of no-show, the invoice will be issued in the local currency and will include the VAT supplement. VAT is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.Parking is subject to availability, as places are limited.
