I really liked the friendly services provided by the local staff at this banyan tree resort, especially their smiles on their faces. In terms of amenities, the new Japanese style hot spring is very good. Due to the limited number of rooms, I enjoyed the whole indoor hot spring on my own! It's important to emphasize that it is free to hotel guests! There is only one restaurant, but the quality of food is excellent. They also invited the guest to order different kinds of breakfast. The local chinese tea is delicious, and the juices are very fresh. In conclusion, it is highly recommended for couples and families to stay two to three days at this resort to enjoy the hot springs provided in the guest rooms as well as the Japanese-style hot spring. You can also visit the old towns, which are minutes away from the resort.

We stayed at this hotel with a group of friends last week. The noise and dust from the second phase construction site were a problem when we upgraded to the presidential villa. However, the property still needs improvement. The hot springs were the highlight of my stay.

My parents and I stayed three nights at angina ten chong. From the moment we arrived, we were scheduled for a pickup with a man of excellent service. During our three nights, we remained in a simple king retreat room. It was a simple and lovely room with a view that embodies the angina spirit. The restaurant served the bulk of our meals. They were excellent! We went on a full day tour arranged by our driver to explore the flower fields as well as the city and visited an excellent tea factory. It was amazing to be able to spend the day exploring the outskirts, the fields, people, the green, and the nature! Our driver, xiao shao, even escorted us to a delicious cheap ten chong meal! Every day we would visit the hot springs and spend several hours there. We were told the best time to come was as early as 10 or towards the night around rp. From rp onward, guests come in groups. We probably came during low season, but we frequently took the hot springs entirely for ourselves, and I had a wonderful spa treatment for my parents as well! It's fantastic because I was able to enjoy it alone, a book, and a view! Highly recommend it to everyone! During our stay, the staff provided excellent service.

The pool villa is so impressive, even though there are only 8 of them there. The pool villa is big and has a lovely heated spring pool. It's really a pleasure to stay here alone. The surroundings are gorgeous, as are the many pictures I took of it. I get the impression that I'm in paradise when couid 19 ravages the US and the rest of the world. To remain here, it is quite expensive. The regular room rate is around 900, and the pool villa is 1500 dollars. Everything, including dining, is also expensive. But if you have the money, you can enjoy this for a lifetime.

My wife and family decided to visit Banyan Tree Resort for New Year's Eve to try the Chinese restaurant for lunch because we thought it would be good quality dishes. We ordered a variety of dishes but found the service to be slow and subpar for a 5 star hotel resort. The Chinese food in general was nice but expensive, the western menu was not great and the club sandwich I ordered was awful, perhaps the worst I have ever eaten in a hotel restaurant. Overall pretty disappointing.
