The first luxury hotel we have ever stayed at during our trip to China is exotic. Compared to the ones earlier, some of them had been somewhat disused. This is the first that I would define as being. Marble floors, crystal illumination, an enormous lobby, and the reception area are all included. The check-in was handled by our tour guide, and we had no issues getting in touch with the front desk while we were there. They were able to identify the nearby restaurants we were looking for in English. No currency exchange at reasonable prices without commission. The rooms are roomy and very modern. There are smoke detectors, but they aren't sure if they are functioning, and there is no tobacco odor as mentioned in earlier reviews. On the balcony, you can see the mountains. The breakfast buffet was extensive and of high quality. The center is a 20-minute walk away, but there are numerous other eateries close by.

The service provided was excellent with spoken English at the front desk. Our room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and high quality linen. The bathroom had a freestanding bath, double sinks and a separate shower. The bathroom was out of this world. Breakfast provided was good and had a wide selection.

I will stay here again. I really enjoy my time here, this hotel is very cozy, very comfortable, and the bathroom is also comfortable. This place is recommended for vacation and business trips.

We spent 17 days in China's best hotel. It appears to have just been renovated because everything looks new. Great location, close to the lake and a lovely garden. Rooms are spacious and stylish, shower and bath are all perfect.

Overall, a very pleasant stay. The room is big, clean, and has all the modern amenities. Excellent service from the front desk to the engineers because there was an air conditioner problem, which was quickly fixed. Breakfast quality could be a little better.
