Pets are only permitted in the hotel's pet-friendly double rooms. For your health and safety, please provide relevant vaccination certificates (valid within one year) and sign a pet stay agreement upon check-in. Please contact the hotel in advance to book a pet-friendly room to discuss check-in rules and details.
1. Only small to medium-sized dogs or cats weighing no more than 15 kg are allowed.
2. Only one pet is allowed per room.
3. Pets must be accompanied by their owner in public areas. A leash/carrying bag is required.
4. From 22:00 to 08:00 the next day, please take care of your pet and minimize disturbance to other guests.
5. Pets are allowed in the following areas: guest rooms, lobby, and outdoor areas. Pets are not allowed in any of the hotel's restaurants, public restrooms, elevators, or meeting areas.
6. If you need to leave your pet alone in the room, please place it in a cage. Before leaving the room, guests must hang a "Pet in Room" sign. During this time, room services (including but not limited to: room cleaning, item replacement, and maintenance) will be temporarily suspended.
7. If room service is unable to clean the room promptly, please dial extension "0" from the room phone to request room cleaning service from the Guest Services Center.
8. If room facilities are damaged, the hotel will charge the guest compensation according to the hotel's room/public area damage compensation standards.
9. If a pet causes personal injury to other guests/staff in the hotel, such as scratches or bites, the pet owner will be liable for all related compensation, including but not limited to cash compensation, and legal action.
10. By bringing a pet into the hotel, guests assume full responsibility for the pet. Guests should bring their own pet food and medication. The hotel does not directly provide pet food and medication, but can assist guests in purchasing designated food and medication; guests must sign an agreement. (valid until 2027-12-31)
