I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the sangria hotel's lobby lounge. Definitely undervalued. The wine selection is excellent, with bottles and glasses available. The wine-filled snacks are also excellent, but they are far better than I had anticipated. Winnie in the lobby lounge was excellent, courteous and competent. Always willing to return.

I had a wonderful experience at the Four Seasons tintin. I reserved this for myself and my boyfriend to relax and have a romantic night. The room was beautifully decorated and set the tone for my evening. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the morning which served a variety of western and eastern breakfast dishes.

The four seasons in tintin is a solid brand and four seasons are lovely. The pool and spa area is attractive and has a good gym. The breakfast buffet is wide with both western and eastern options. Small rooms with good facilities. The only downside was that many families had arrived over the weekend. I booked 2 nights but ended up staying 3 nights. It's simple and looks like a luxurious version of home. When staff understand preferences, this is what you get. I noticed a lot of subtle improvements, especially one not so subtle higher staff to guest ratio in the club lounge. This makes a big difference. The club experience offers the best value in tintin and it's highly recommended. At the service point of point of view, Emma was great, she has the confidence to think outside the box. Also special mention to Daisy and Sofia, they are so reliable as always. Just a great three days.

I didn't bother to take a taxi from the airport because the metro runs directly to the hotel's tintin station, which is quick, affordable, and effective. My primary suite, located on the second floor, had stunning evening views of the city and the river in the distance in both directions. The hotel was well-head throughout, even though the temperature outside was 5 degrees below zero overnight. The staff are friendly and accommodating. It's very convenient to walk to the neighborhood's six-seen department store, which has a food hall in the basement with a variety of dining options. The three-story breakfast buffet was of the star Asian standard, offering everything you could possibly want plus more. Beautiful presentation and fresh ingredients. After just one day, the personnel even heard my requests. The hotel can be reached through an expansive elevated treeline driveway that leads to a large marbled lobby in earth tones and a huge crystal chandelier overhead. You really have arrived! Excellent services to the excellent personnel for such an incredible occasion! The shanghai la tintin is superb. Since the pandemic began, my family has been staying at this hotel for numerous stays. For all my adventures, I genuinely feel compelled to offer a wonderful review. My family had a wonderful time during my most recent stay, on July 15, 2022. The kids adored the lovely pool, and their buffet was delectable. All services and reception are incredibly cordial. I want to especially commend the Shanghai las kids club. My niece was a part of numerous programs with them. Their staff is very attentive and supportive of small children. Flora kong, the manager, is excellent! My hotel is highly advisable for tintin summer staycations during your summer vacation. We had a wonderful time!.

When we came late on Friday evening, we checked in, the service was okay but nothing special. Room service was cold and of very poor quality, so we immediately returned the breakfast and were given a free breakfast buffet the next day, but the picture shows that the restaurant was dirty and uncomfortable. This is not a contemporary sangria hotel and could be renovated. On my final day, I needed a suit carrier, which the deputy manager helped me with, but that was the only good service I got during my trip. The location was quite good, the river was stunning and close to a shopping mall.
