This hotel has the potential to be fantastic. It is a recently renovated property with all the amenities one would expect from a superior hotel. However, some aspects, such as the pool, lack attention to detail. The bottom has loose tiles that they have attempted to repair, leaving edges that are potentially dangerous. My brother was cut twice in two days with the edges and we saw one guest cut and they had to call medical services. The lifesaver on duty was well trained and took care of the cuts, and all the staff was extremely courteous. Overall, the service was excellent, and the hotel is neat and clean. The food was average for a high price given the location. The restaurant was always empty as a result, but breakfast which is included in the cost and was very good. I think they should revamp the main restaurant, reduce the menu to the good stuff, and yes, reduce the prices which don't reflect the food's quality. As for the rooms, they are new and well equipped. I'd return because there are no other hotels of this caliber in this area.

The hotel has a security guard in place. Across the street from the cathedral and the city square. The rooms are big with a very comfortable bed. Most of the rooms have an outdoor balcony with a table and chairs.

For Girardot, this is the best option because the hotel is strategically situated near the center square. Although the rooms are adequate, spotless, and useful, they are not outstanding. The bed was very comfortable! The pool, gym, and restaurant are great, and they provide a wonderful opportunity to unwind during gloomy days. The staff is outstanding and helpful.

I highly recommend this place. The quality of service is very satisfactory. We will definitely come back. If you visit the restaurant even though you are not registered there, the hotel has parking.
