I really can't complain about the services provided, but it's so good. The bed was so comfortable. The room was big and clean. The pool area has a nice view. Parking is included with the room price. It's very good. It just OK, in my opinion with the Colombian standards.

The cleanliness here was nice and helpful. There's a big smell of damp rug. When we first entered the room it was just a wet rug, but it was gone. The pool location is fantastic!

It's a brand new hotel, elegant, very nice and in a nice neighbour, but it's not near the city center, but it's worth it, better take a taxi. Staff very friendly, rooms are comfortable and spacious, beds, sheets and pillows are excellent, breakfast buffet very good. The pool on the top roof has a fantastic view of the city. We really enjoy our days here.

The personnel were courteous, but the hotel appeared poorly managed. We made our way to our floor, where the hallways were once more lovely. The air conditioner was OFF. Later in the evening, I was able to turn it on. As soon as we arrived in our room, there was a musky storage-like scent. We shared two rooms, and they were identical. After running the ac and circulating the air for a while, they did get better. Expected when booking a decent hotel, not many. There was only one towel room for two in the shower, so we called the front desk, but the towels never showed up. I had to buy them myself because one of the rooms had dirty, dusty ac unit, a moldy corner, and a malfunctioning bathroom faucet. The other room was much better. They were finally able to get us another room, but not before we had to depart for the evening. Nobody checked on us when we returned to see if we wanted to switch rooms or how we were doing. At that point, we had settled, and we weren't making any more complaint. There is only one elevator running. Not the greatest place for social distance. The beds are great, and the rooms are spacious and incredibly comfy. This hotel is not a place I would return or recommend.
