Excellent peaceful relaxing resort, of mid size (50 rooms maxi), so you really relax. So many of the staff are so kind, nice, smiling and so willing to help and make your stay more enjoyable and memorable. Pools are nice, beach is gorgeous. Not a lot of coral but saw tons of bass, sergeant fish, swordfish and even a manta ray! Some boat tours start at the beach, directly, simple to book. They have kayaks, snorkel basic things, good gym, billard, baby foot, nice tree climbing... Food is super good, thanks to Chef Christian and his entire team, and Christian really watches after everything to be good!! Yes no night shows or big animation team, and that was not at all what we looked for!! Excellent stay!!

This hotel is small, clean, staff is fantastic and the beach is warm and calm. We stayed 4 days, which is more than enough, in my opinion, because it is very relaxing and it does not have night activities. We had daily activities, so we were able to enjoy our room, have a nice dinner and drink, swim in one of the 2 pools and go to sleep, for that in my opinion was perfect. Every night their menu changes, because they have theme dinner nights, and only 1 restaurant but many options. Breakfast was my favorite, all the food was delicious, and made fresh. We had a great time at this hotel and the grounds are very well kept. Thank you for having us.

We are very pleased staying at this all inclusive hotel. Don’t let the 3 star ratings fool you because it feels like a much higher rating hotel. I almost don’t want to write this in fear it’ll become too popular. First they greet you with a refreshing peppermint scented towel and a welcome mango mint drink, secondly it’s not crowded at all and feels very peaceful and quiet unlike giant resorts. Although dinner seating seems full every night, the ground is large enough where it never feels crowded. The gym is awesome too with a smith machine and free weights barbell, treadmill, and bicycle. All the staffs are friendly, helpful, and we’d like to give a special shout out to Joseph who manages the kayak! He’s always happy and cheery with the best smile—we see him doing everything around the hotel from sweeping the grounds, to towel folding, to trollying items, and managing the kayaks. He’s the hardest working staff! Lastly the food is absolutely delicious. We definitely didn’t expect the quality and variety from an all inclusive since most that we’ve stayed in the past in Mexico only had mediocre food. Their chefs and pastry chefs are beyond excellent. I knocked one star off because house keeping never gave us new wash cloth after we placed the old ones on the floor to be replaced and the mini bar was never restocked. We would definitely recommend this spot to our friends. It’s only 30 mins from LIR airport. Perfect first or last stop. Pura Vida.

Really enjoyed our stay, accommodations were clean, comfortable and spacious. The food was amazing, plentiful, flavourful and really good variety of options. The staff were all great, very pleasant and willing to be helpful whenever needed. It’s a smaller resort than we are used too but ideal for the purpose of sun, pool/beach and relaxation! Both my husband and I enjoyed our time there and would definitely return.

From the start, the welcome drink and refreshing towels, to the delicious food at the buffet every single time, to amazing staff, and to the great location right on the beach- everything exceeded our expectations! Stayed here in one of the suites with our infant. They provided a crib which was nice. It was hard having an infant with nap times because of the cleaners schedules (they tried to accommodate when they could). It was a beautiful, gated resort. Small but perfect size for our family. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. We stayed in June which was quiet but filled up on the weekend. Pools were kept clean, daily and the swim up bars were wonderful. There's a gate to walk out to the beach which they provided chairs on the beach if you wanted as well as kayaks. There's a gym and plenty of kids areas. The food was ok, as expected for an all inclusive. Breakfast had a variety for all, lunch was pretty standard (chicken/fish tenders, nacho bar, seemed like leftover hot food options), dinner rotated in what type so you're not necessarily getting authentic costa rican cuisine but it was good enough. They also had snack bar items that you can order from the pool bar which was nice. It was a jungle vibe but on the water. Would stay here again and recommend. We had perfect weather. Lots of boat excursions right outside our resort on the beach.

Favorite spot we’ve ever stayed!! Staff was incredible, the rooms were so nice, well maintained & clean. The pools were amazing, the beach was like a private beach, we went kayaking on the ocean daily. Saw wild monkeys right outside our room, the food was phenomenal (even for a gluten free vegetarian!), drinks were delicious, service was excellent. Kid friendly as well. We can’t wait to go back!!

My wife and I booked this trip for our son and his new bride for their honeymoon. They had a great trip and loved the resort. The said the staff treated them exceptionally well. Loved the food and accommodations. They went on three excursions; sunset cruise, volcano hike and jungle adventure. Loved all three. The resort quiet, peaceful and relaxing.

We had a wonderful experience at CC Beachfront. The staff was excellent with great service, polite, and the food was great. The options for food are not that many and not overwhelming - we prefer it that way and loved that everything was fresh and made to order for us. The first night, we had issues with the room; it was a very weird layout without any standing shower or bathtub, and we requested to change it the next day. Staff agreed, and after that, our experience was great. The resort has a private beach that you have for yourself. Close to the Liberia airport as well. Highly recommend!
