I think they might have charged twice as much. It was better than anticipated for the price. I think they could have charged twice as much. To get to the building, we were emailed a code. Our keys were in an envelope inside a desk. multistory structure, appears to have just undergone renovation. On the bottom floor, we found a common area, a restroom, and a laundry room. There was no elevator. Two units were located on the upstairs floor by the central stairway. On the next floor were two more units. The bigger unit is on the top. We lived on the ground floor with the tag "Disgusting." We lived in a suite apartment style apartment. We got a very lovely king-size room. The bed was excellent, tidy, and soft. Four pillows. clean sheets. A private evac unit was provided in the room. Temperature control was provided. The kitchen had a stove, microwave, sink, sink, plates, cups, a frying pan, a pot, a small island table with two chairs, a coffee maker for drip coffee, a hot water pot, salt, pepper, starter instant coffees, paper towels, a toaster oven, and a dish washer. I have a fantastic experience when staying here. Totally comfortable and clean apartment. Central and quiet atmosphere. The staff was extremely helpful. The friendliness of Domenika and the staff was very hospitable and pleasant. She also gave me many useful recommendations for everything I needed, quickly and every time I emailed her. Very recommended.

The location is fantastic, the center is very close to all the activities, including restaurants. We loved our stay. Our room had a kitchenette with a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, water kettle, and other necessities. The bathroom was modern and spotless.

I would recommend it. These apartments are in the old town of Dubrovnik. Because they are also downhill, there are not as many stairs to ascend as some apartments. We shared the two-bedroom two-bathroom apartment with friends, and it was excellent. The bathrooms were very large and clean, and the rooms were tastefully decorated and contemporary. Compared to staying in a hotel, this place is far more social. Shops, bars, and restaurants could all be reached from our apartment. Being close to everything in the old town makes it worthwhile to stay in. It is a fantastic place to stay for a city break, and this price is really reasonable given the quality of the lodging. You must check in somewhere else, but that's not a problem.

We leased a studio apartment for our 10 day stay in Dubrovnik and were happy with our decision. When we came, we were able to safely store our luggage and were conveniently located near the pile gate and had everything we needed. The apartment is a great location because it is very secure to reach there without climbing countless steps to go and go, which was essential for my spouse. Many apartments inside the wall require several flights of stairs, especially on the east side of the city, so we felt fortunate with our choice. Our apartment was also on the first floor, which was even better. The apartment was clean, well-appointed, and it was nice to have windows that opened for fresh air. Avoid staying within the old city if you need a view out of your window. You will be in a very comfortable neighbourhood with narrow streets. We enjoyed the sounds of the street below and it was quiet at night so our sleep was not disturbed. There is a washer and dryer available to guests free of charge, and laundry soap. The unit has everything you need. Restaurants, a market, and gelato are all within easy walking distance. Enjoy the experience.
