Good location, room quality, and service. Excellent pool facilities and sauna. Food selection is limited and employees can't speak English well. All in all, the quality of the price is very good for such a nice hotel.

Previously on Google, I saw the hotel as being very poor. The receptionists are unfriendly. The spa service is terrible You must wait 23 hours for a line. They are unable to send you a phone order. They live to keep you physically waiting in line to order some spa treatment. The cleaning service is funny. They change the bed linen once every four days. Most ukrainean immigrants who work in the cleaning service have large mice. Rooms require renovation. The deluxe room has a very small balcony. The hotel has a room that appears large, but actually too small. I stayed in a deluxe room with a balcony. You must contact the manager to arrange services. That is the only method you can obtain services. I will never stay here and this hotel. I liked the great idea and the nightclub on the first floor with live music.
