Aufenthalt über ein verlängertes Wochenende. Hotel ist in einem guten Zustand und vieles scheint neu renoviert. Zimmer top. Alles im Hotel ist sauber und gepflegt. Tip. Parkplatz gleich mit buchen...haben wir verpasst. Aber ein bewachtes Parkhaus ist wenige 100m entfernt. Kann man erlaufen...hinter dem Hotel ist ein Trampelpfad direkt ans Parkhaus. 8Euro für 24h. Frühstück top! Kann das Hotel mit ruhigen Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Very nice area, could spend a couple of days there. It is the most famous Spa Town In Bohemia with restored buildings from the early 19 hundreds. Enjoyed our room and spa.

Das Hotel befindet sich mitten in der Kurzone und nahe der Kollonaden. Das Zimmer ist gross und geräumig. Das Bad sehr schön. Es ist sogar mit einer Waage ausgestattet. Der Service ist aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Mitarbeiter sprechen teilweise auch Deutsch. Im Hotel befindet sich ein kleines Schwimmbecken sowie eine trockene Sauna und ein Dampfbad. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und bietet wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas. Das Hotel Olympia ist absolut empfehlenswert, besonders für Erholungssuchende, die in der Nähe der Kollonaden wohnen möchten.

I booked one night here as a quick spa weekend and had an extremely pleasant experience, especially considering the price. The staff was very friendly, the room was modern and clean, and the spa facilities were very nice. I was able to book 3 spa treatments upon arrival and enjoyed using the sauna and relax room. The buffet dinner and breakfast was very good, as well. The location is great for exploring the town a little bit more, with the main park, Colonnade, and Singing Fountain within walking distance. As it was winter, the Singing Fountain didn't actually have the singing show, but the town is so beautiful, like a winter wonderland, for walking around. I brought my dog on this trip, as the Expedia listing said that dogs were allowed with a fee and deposit, but when I arrived they said that they don't allow dogs anymore. I was worried I would have to switch hotels, but they reviewed the Expedia website and due to the incorrect information being listed, they allowed me to stay with my dog according to the listed policies. They were extremely friendly about it, and even asked if I need anything for my dog (like a pet bed or bowls) despite not allowing them anymore. It was a great relief!

wir waren mit dem Schwiegervater für drei Tage in Marienbad, um einige Ausflüge nach Karlsbad und andere Städte durchzuführen. Auch Marienbad haben wir natürlich wieder erkundet vor allem die schönen Parks rundum. Wir waren früher schon im Spa und Wellness Hotel Olympia. Aus unserer Sicht ist es derzeit das beste Hotel in Marienbad aber eben auch schon in die Jahre gekommen. Der Teppichboden ist nicht mehr ganz schön und sollte bald durch einen Parkettboden ersetzt werden. Sonst sind die Zimmer in Ordnung und es war auch sauber geputzt. Das Hotel an sich ist sauber gehalten das Personal ist sehr freundlich und mir wurde ein zugesagter Garagenplatz genauso wie besprochen auch reserviert, wofür ich sehr dankbar bin. Das hat sehr gut geklappt und die Garage ist gut nutzbar. Am ersten Abend unseres Aufenthalts wollten wir Abend in die Bar gehen. Wir fanden einen Platz. Aber wir müssen schon sagen, dass wir mit dem Service des Personals dort in der Bar nicht zufrieden waren. Es dauerte ewig, bis jemand kann. Dann kam eine Frau circa 40 bis 45 Jahre alt, kurze blonde Haare. Und wir würden nicht besonders freundlich bedient. Wir wurden nicht begrüßt, und wir hatten das Gefühl, dass sie mit unseren Bestellungen belästigen, Dann wurde mit einer Eismaschine dermaßen Lärm gemacht, dass man dachte man ist in einer Autowerkstatt. Deshalb haben wir die Bar dann schnell wieder verlassen. Die anderen Angestellten und Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind ausnahmslos sehr freundlich und nett.

Celkově je hotel moc krásný, čistý a na dobrém místě, veliká výhoda jsou garáže. Jídlo moc chutné a snídaně bohaté, vše na co si vzpomenete. Bohužel jsme jen Češi mezi ruskou a německou klientelou a dostali jsem ten nejhorší možný pokoj 210. Přímo nad pokojem probíhá každé ráno 4:45 hod zásobování, prádelna atd. Ty rány jsou něco hrozného, o popelářích a personálu co mládí dveřmi a vzduchotechnika co je vyvedená vedle pokoje na střeše a neustálé hučení ani nemluvím :-( :-( Přijeli jsme si s mužem odpočinou, ale o budíček v pět ráno opravdu nikdo nestál!! Pokud opět za rok zavítáme do Mariánek a tohoto hotelu, tak určitě ne do tohoto pokoje.

Alle Anwendungen ausgebucht , kein Parkplatz mehr im Hotel mehr vorhanden, auch ausgebucht und durch die Sprachbarrieren ( weder Deutsch noch Englisch ) war sehr schwierig zu wissen, wo man das Auto parken kann. Die Dame am Wellnessbereich unfreundlich . Der Pool war zu klein und wenn man keine Anwendungen bekommen, gibt es nicht viel zu machen. Der Barkeeper war aber sehr nett .

Bei der Buchung wurde gesagt, dass es kein Problem ist,Massge bzw. Behsndlungeb vor Ort zu buchen - was nicht stimmte. Sowie auch die Parkpatzmöglichkeit war nicht vorhanden. Desweiteren war der Wellnessbereich ein Witz
