The property was beautiful. Access to all resorts was such a perk. Restaurants were fantastic. But most of all the staff were super helpful and friendly. Ray was our butler and we will be requesting him on return. He took care of everything for us (dinners, spa, entertainment, general questions). The use of the WhatsApp was so convenient and Ray responded almost immediately. Other staff that made our trip wonderful was Felix at the front, Nancy in bld 55, and of course Rafael the pool bartender to was super attentive and fun.

The POP staff was amazing! Our butler, Edward, did an incredible job helping me plan each experience, and making sure that we took advantage of any deals or specials we qualified for. The food was great, especially La Boheme. We went for our honeymoon and stayed for 7 days and 6 nights. We didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be back. P

The property is beautiful and the resort and room was spotless. The hotel was about 30 minutes to the airport, but before leaving I contacted the hotel about taking a shuttle. I was told to just take a taxi once we arrive and that the cost was around $35. That worked well. If you want a shuttle back to the airport for free you have to book it at the time you book the room. I didn’t know that so we took a taxi back. Our swimout suite in building 58 was large and kept really clean. We had the swimout pool to ourselves most of the time. It was quiet and we had covered chaise lounges and daybeds by us with a bar within a four minute walk. The main pool was beautiful with a swim up bar, but get there before 8:30am if you want a covered lounger. The beach was nice, but the seaweed made the water inaccessible. Restaurants were good, bars were great. LaBoheme and Italian weren’t as good as Kusko. The Chic Cabaret show was amazing, but the food wasn’t great. I’d still recommend going.

Randy is an excellent butler!! Bryant is an excellent server at the restaurants and Williams is fun at the pool!! This is my third time and the staff is fabulous and so friendly!! Kusko was out favorite restaurant! We will be back:) Thanks for a great time!!

It is very quiet with lots of pools and no kids. If you want additional dinner options you can walk/grab a golf cart to the other resorts and then get back to your adults only side. The staff was phenomenal, food was great, and the resort is beautiful.

I had a Jr Suite facing partial ocean and pool. Private Jacuzzi in the terrace. Clean room, staff very friendly and helpful. The only set back is that the facility takes 2-3 hours of your time to sell membership to all of their worldwide locations. Not a bad deal, but it took away from my short vacation. And if the airport offers you free or discounted excursions, it’s a catch!!! Especially Hardrock Hotel also trying to sell you membership.

Our week at TRS was absolutely amazing. Luiyi had us entertained all week by the pool. The food was out of this world! Rodny our butler was phenomenal and so accommodating. Our sweet house keeper Ruthie was pure joy to be around!!! We will def stay again with TRS!!!!

We loved our stay. Our junior swim up suite was amazing. Our butler, Edward was great, very nice and reached out everyday and helped us with anything we needed which was very helpful. Felix was also amazing and helped us get around the resort day and night and helped us with our bags to the room and back and was very respectful and made us feel very welcomed. We would definitely come back.

Rodney was our butler and he was very attentive to our needs. There were three pools on the property, one that was more active and two outside the rooms that were quieter. However there were other pools you could access on the resort as well just in other hotels. All the pools had a bar accessible. There was sargassum which is to be expected in July, so the beach wasn't ideal. The food was okay, just what you would expect from an all inclusive in punta cana. Las Torres was the best buffet, GO THERE FOR BREAKFAST! There were alot of food options, and each building had a bellboy who would call a cart for you to take you wherever you needed to go. The best restaurant was the italian "tentazione" and the hibachi "sumptuori". Skip the french "la boheme"
