I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The food was delicious, with a great variety of local and international dishes. The view is simply unbelievable—waking up to the sight of the Pyramids was a dream come true. The location is perfect, just 3 minutes from the Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum, with many restaurants and services nearby. One of my favorite moments was watching the sunset from the rooftop restaurant. The atmosphere was magical, the food was excellent, and the panoramic view of the Pyramids made the experience unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cairo. I will definitely come back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cairo. The location is excellent, very close to the Pyramids and convenient for exploring the city. One thing that truly surprised me was that the hotel arranged a complimentary airport pickup for me without even asking for it. It was a very thoughtful gesture and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and the view of the Pyramids was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up every morning and seeing the Pyramids right from my window was an unforgettable experience. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. Thank you for making my trip so special. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Egypt.

بصراحة كانت إقامة جميلة جدًا. أول ما وصلت حسيت بترحيب واحترام من فريق الفندق، وكل حاجة كانت ماشية بشكل منظم. الغرفة كانت نضيفة ومريحة، والإطلالة كانت تحفة خصوصًا وقت الشروق. استغليت فترة إقامتي في زيارة أماكن كتير في القاهرة، وكان موقع الفندق مساعد جدًا في التنقل. كمان الإفطار كان كويس ومتنوع، والخدمة كانت سريعة وأي طلب كنا بنحتاجه كان بيتنفذ باهتمام وكان مدير الفندق متعاون جدا ومساعد لينا بشكل كبير أكتر حاجة عجبتني إن المكان فيه جو هادي ومريح بعد يوم طويل من الخروج والفسح. تجربة ممتازة فعلًا، ولو رجعت القاهرة تاني أكيد هفكر أقيم هنا مرة تانية. 🌟

Tuve una estancia muy agradable en el hotel. El ambiente es tranquilo y todo está bien organizado. El check-in fue rápido y el personal siempre fue educado y respetuoso. La habitación cumplía perfectamente con lo necesario: limpia, cómoda y con todo lo básico para una buena estancia. Me gustó mucho la atención al detalle en el servicio diario. La ubicación es muy conveniente para moverse hacia los principales puntos turísticos, especialmente las Pirámides. Además, me ayudaron con algunas recomendaciones locales que hicieron el viaje más interesante. En general, una muy buena experiencia. Es un lugar que recomendaría sin duda para quienes buscan comodidad y buen servicio en Giza.

Mi experiencia fue excelente desde el primer momento. El personal fue muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La habitación estaba limpia, cómoda y con una vista increíble. Durante mi estancia pude visitar las Pirámides y el Gran Museo Egipcio, una experiencia inolvidable. También disfruté de la comida local, especialmente el famoso koshari egipcio. El hotel me ayudó a organizar mis actividades y todo estuvo muy bien coordinado, lo que hizo mi viaje mucho más fácil y agradable. La ubicación es perfecta para explorar los principales lugares turísticos de la zona. My stay at this hotel was amazing from the first day until the last. As soon as I arrived, the staff welcomed me warmly and made me feel at home. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my stay. During my visit, I had the chance to explore some of Egypt’s most famous attractions, including the Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum. The hotel helped organize everything, making the experience easy and enjoyable. I also tried traditional Egyptian food, especially koshari, and I absolutely loved it. The restaurant served delicious meals and the service was always excellent. A special thank you to Hanan, our tour guide from the hotel. She was wonderful, knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to help. She made our tours much more enjoyable and helped us learn a lot about Egyptian history and culture. The combination of excellent hospitality, clean rooms, delicious food, well-organized tours, and caring staff made this one of the best travel experiences I have ever had. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Egypt and I would definitely stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We were a big group and had a party at the hotel. Everything was very well organized and the staff were very professional. The service was excellent and everyone treated us with respect and kindness. Special thanks to Mr. Ahmed, the hotel manager, for his great effort and support during our stay. He made sure everything was perfect for us. The food was very good, especially the Egyptian food. If you are planning to stay I Giza, I recommend this hotel. Excellent costumer service, friendly staff, if you get there before check in and the room is ready they will let you get your room with no extra charge. For $30 they will schedule a taxi to pick you up at the airport. Breakfast included at the roof top of the hotel with an amazing view of the pirámide. We were pleased with this hotel.

Great Hotel with amazing customer service. The rooms are really nice and the one with a balcony has a great view of the pyramids. The breakfast is on the rooftop with indoor and outdoor options with an amazing view of the Pyramids. Staff are very attentive and will help you with whatever you need. For a small fee, they will schedule a ride from the airport to the hotel and back to the airport.

The room was clean. Everyone was very polite and helpful. We had a 3rd floor Mountain View (pyramids) but they weren’t easily visible from our room. It was great to see them from the restaurant though! Only complaint we had is that the sheets were pilled. Hopefully they can be replaced soon.

staff are excellent, location is good, the tour arranged by the hotel is good but just make sure to be clear about what you are expecting,what is included, we recommend the sunset quade bike and safari tour, the only thing I dont like is that the breakfast starts at 7:30am which is kinda late if you have a tour at 8am.

Before we even arrived in Egypt the staff was excellent. Especially Inas who was very professional and detailed. She made our visit in Egypt one to remember for many years!!!! She is truly a professional and not just business as usual. She made us feel so welcome and we are forever grateful to have had her support throughout our vacation. She gave us the best direction on sites to see and how to coordinate each event. The staff was very polite and the rooms were clean. The food on the balcony was amazing as well. Each day it was fresh and delicious with lots of flavor. And you can see the pyramids from the balcony roof top as well!! Big thanks to All the Staff at the hotel. Especially Inas who helped make our trip a beautiful memory. We will definitely be visiting Egypt again and again.
