After a gap of two years, this submerges restaurant was refurbished. The 13 euro menu we had was excellent. Two foods of the highest quality in effect, making it a fivecourse meal. The total cost was 62 euros thanks to two aperitifs and a bottle of rose. incredible value. While the submerge offers coach tours, dont let this keep you from dining there as coach guests are entertained in a different dining area, leaving casual visitors unappreciated. The dining room has a slightly outdated aesthetic, but the cuisine is of high quality. If you stay in the area, you wont be surprised!.

We have avoided it because The Submerge specializes in bus tourism for years. Our mistake. We were looking for an uncomplicated dinner and found very professional service, extremely quick cuisine, and generous, well-kept, delicious dishes. OK, the restaurant is not the most attractive interior decor we have ever seen, it is far too functional and probably not good when dealing with a bus of tourists looking for breakfast. But the kitchen, the messiness and friendliness of the employees more than made up for it. The tornado rossing was delicious, and the perigourdine salad was generous and delicious. Deserts were creative and light. We'll be back.

Since it turns out that another hotel was full, I was frantically looking for lodging, but the proprietor very kindly called and booked me in the last remaining room. What a pleasant surprise it was. The accommodations were excellent, with a lovely small balcony, and were a touch too family-friendly for me. From bar workers to restaurant workers, the personnel is also extremely welcoming. Food was great why go into town, and I was delighted with my large steak, despite other evaluations. The breakfast selection was also excellent, however, my schedule only allowed a one-night stop, so I would have preferred to stay longer. To avoid disappointment, reserve earlier, unlike me.
