I would give him 5 stars if I could only give him a score of 10 out of 5. Nice setting, but confusing setup. All reservations were made through the hotel but were then informed that we had to make all payments at the golf shop reception. We are allowed to enter the hotel. We reserved one of their cottages for one night. The cottages are very old, but we knew it when we made our reservation. There is no hot water in the upstairs bathroom. There is either very hot or very cold water in the downstairs bathroom. Wasps nest in the garden parasol. We were charged extra for cleaning and city tax at checkout. Nothing fancy about paying it came to less than 10, but when we inquired about it the receptionist was extremely rude. The pool was beautiful, and the man who served us breakfast was customer service personified.

We had a wonderful four-night stay. Our room was a little small, but other than that, the hotel is excellent. The cuisine is excellent, and the staff is fantastic. This is a country location, so be cautious.

Excellent location to rest. We had a stunning villa with a sizable garden. We appreciate the friendly welcome with organizing the landing with the helicopter. Excellent airport to fly. All employees at the hotel were fluent in English.

The view from the room when we arrived was incredible. Then there's the receptionist's friendliness and clarity. After that, the dinner was fantastic. Subsequently, the food here was delicious. Besides that, the location was excellent, and they served the best golf course with stunning views of the castle.
