As it is my first day, I am very dissatisfied with the fact that our room has barely any air conditioning. I complained and they brought a fan. That makes it more bearable, but sitting in the room is very unpleasant. Meal is a very nice guy, but his hands are tied. He can't give us another room. If you think the comforts of a 4-star hotel should be having a comfortable room in your room, find another hotel. We stayed in air at the lovely aquabella hotel, and their air conditioning worked fine. The city is just as old. There is no justification for not having a working air conditioning system. Can't just collect their nightly rate and not provide comfort. And the pillows are awful.

This is the best hotel I have ever been to. We arrived here for four days at the beginning of June because we were attending a wedding in the nearby it Etienne du Go. We got a horizon room that was breathtaking and overlooking the beautiful gardens of the distant Achilles. Breakfast was superb. excellent selection and excellent products. serene yet near the heart of it. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. To go to the wedding and to the train station, the hotel booked taxis for us and took us there.

The hotel is very pretty, close to the center of St. Remy. I love the private and secure parking. The staff are very helpful. This place is really recommended.

This is my last time staying at Hotel De Image. We want to thank all the staff for making our stay so wonderful. We couldn't have asked for better service. Also thank you to the restaurant for the truly memorable tasting menu which was perfect for both the children and the adults with all our needs.

This hotel is very convenient to stay in. The facilities of this hotel are also good, the room has an amazing view. We stayed here for a few nights and got to explore the old town by foot and also cycle to see the countryside. It has a pleasant atmosphere with wonderful restaurants and pubs.
