We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at hotel des arts. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The rooftop bar offers stunning views overlooking the hustle and bustle of saigon. Highly recommended.

Overall, i had a pleasant stay at this boutique hotel. There were some hiccups in communication and room during my stay, but some of the staff went above and beyond to try to fix the problem. The rooms are on the smaller side and there are no hooks in the shower so it can be a bit awkward if you are sharing the room with someone else as you have to reach out to external hooks for towels or clothes, but this is compensated by the central location and great window views. The breakfast buffet is very good. The pool is slightly smaller but never too crowded. The rooftop bar offers a great view of the city and the happy hour. I usually give it a 4 rating, but the amazing service from some of the staff really made it a 5 rating from me. I would consider staying here again in the future just because of the staff!.

Wow! This hotel is amazing! The service from the very friendly staff was amazing from the moment we arrived. A very impressive hotel! The room was large and everyone did their best to help at all times. There is plenty of bottled water available. You must visit the rooftop bar and the buffet breakfast and dinner is beyond belief. Absolutely amazing.

I have stayed at this hotel three times already. The rooms are good, the rooftop bar is very nice, and the breakfast is very good. The staff is very friendly and professional. I got a cake for my birthday. The sound of tv is not great.

We will definitely return. Ive been here twice already, and i have a great time. The receptionist, sorry, i forgot her name, was hospitable, kind, and considerate when we checked in. She handled our checkin smoothly and anticipated all of our information needs without my request. The room is lovely, roomy, and wellequipped. We adore the elegant and charming design. The housekeeping service could be improved because they missed topping up some items on the first day, but we could easily request it. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Pengalaman luar biasa sejak kami pertama kali masuk. Semua orang sangat ramah dan profesional. Lobinya indah dan ramah. Kamarnya luas dan mengundang dengan fasilitas sempurna. Lokasi sangat sentral. Mudah berjalan kaki ke mana saja dari gedung opera hingga restoran besar. Sangat direkomendasikan!

We knew it would be a wonderful stay right away from the moment we contacted. Our stay was made comfortable by the employees here. They were all friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. The design of the hotel is crucial, and this hotel had excellent common areas and rooms. I adore the large windows. The pool and rooftop bar were excellent throughout the day. Although i didnt make it to the gym, it appeared to have everything we needed and it seemed to have everything we would need. Breakfast was excellent. Extremely convenient and within walking distance of many of the citys top attractions. Thank you!.

This is an excellent hotel with firstrate service. The reception staff was extremely accommodating, and the establishment far exceeded my expectations in many ways. The Sunday buffet lunch is fantastic, featuring a complimentary champagne selection that is also accessible to nonresidents. I am eagerly looking forward to returning there.

We couldnt have had a better experience. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I mentioned it was my husbands birthday when i arrived, and a few hours later, a lovely cake arrived. The staff was very responsive, and for a large hotel, it felt small and friendly. The best hotel we stayed at during our twoweek trip.

The most comfortable bed ive ever slept in while traveling to vietnam. You can request that your room be cleaned more frequently each day by simply displaying a sign. The hotel only uses glass bottles and is ecofriendly. I also enjoyed the brunch buffet, which was excellent, but the desserts were too sweet for my taste. A wide variety of vietnamese and international cuisines are available aside from that.

Jangan ragu untuk mengambil foto karena tempat ini ramai sekitar jam 6 pagi dan seterusnya, jadi pesanlah meja terlebih dahulu. Jika Anda lapar, ambil mocktail dan minum semuanya, cukup mudah untuk meminumnya.

My wife and i stayed one night with our 6 month old baby and it was great. The service was amazing and they were very helpful with our baby. The rooms are smart and nicely designed. We didnt use hotel facilities but the rooftop has a great view.

I will definitely stay here again on my next visit. This is my second time staying here and its my favorite hotel in hcmc. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. They always help me with any bookings or questions i may have before my visit and during. Their breakfast buffet is great. Wide variety and everything is so fresh. The atmosphere of the hotel is luxurious yet charming and always decorated with beautiful flowers. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Love that they provide water in the room. Rooftop has beautiful views of the city and the location is easy to find.

I stayed here 4 nights in a dulux room as a solo traveler. If you want to feel the hustle and bustle of the city right outside the door but still have a quiet sanctuary to escape to, this is the right property. It has a sense of seclusion inside, but when you walk out, you feel the city. The staff were very helpful and polite. The rooms were spacious enough and had everything you needed. The rooftop bar also has unmatched views of the city. Highly recommended!.

The hotel is amazing! The rooms are beautiful and have city views. The rooftop pool is perfect for cooling off and relaxing, and the rooftop bar at night is a great place to hang out! All services are of the highest caliber, and the staff are amazing!.

This place is absolutely fantastic, with topnotch service, cozy bedding, especially the bathrobe, and a fantastic rooftop bar and pool. There are many little details, such as the bath salts, the scent, and the flower decor, that elevate the experience. I would definitely recommend it.

The rooftop bar and the dj were the best features. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of smoothie options and delicious food. Jazz night on Friday, the menu was pricey, but the staff was friendly and helpful, speaking good english. I would stay at this hotel again!.
